July 20th, we called for roadside assistance from this company!
We were told that we needed this part in the picture. The part is a main discharge line for a VNL 860 volvo truck! So we get the part wait for the next day for repair we are told that we have to call again for a new service call with Englewood Truck Towing and Recovery so we got the part so the Mechanic returns puts on main discharge line but there is still a leak & we can't build air over 60psi! So were we told the wrong part or what? Please see the next picture of the tie off job the Englewood Truck Towing and Recovery Mechanic did after telling us to get the wrong part!
The truck needed a valve, replaced, not a main discharge line.smh, the total bill was $543 for us to break down 70 miles up the road. We called Englewood Truck Towing and Recovery back. We were told that it would be another charge for them to come out! We are still broke down!
