The service at the Central Avenue Enterprise office was swift and friendly. Our car was sparkling clean.

Katie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She got me in and out with no problem. She was kind and helpful with any of my concerns and questions.

Website easy to navigate when reserving a car. Employee called day before to confirm. Picking car up was quick, easy and all the employees were personable and nice- less than 10 min and I was on my way. Will definitely rent from Enterprise again!

When my car broke down they got me situated with a rental through enterprise. Even with a packed waiting area all the service members were politely welcoming everyone into the room. Extremely fast and professional from the moment I picked up until I dropped off the car.

I had a reservation and they did not have the exact car so they were giving me a lower replacement then the manager Taylor came rushing to the employee and said I want this car for my friend. He wanted to give me a pick up truck instead. Very poor behavior and poor customer service that I have never seen in Enterprise before.

Car was available and clean when I arrived. Staff was super friendly and efficient. They handled the rather large number of customers effectively, efficiently, and courteously. My go to for future car rentals

go out of my way to use this branch in the future! All 3 agents at this location went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my rental! Can’t imagine renting from anywhere but enterprise after this experience! 10 out of 10 for clean cars and friendly faces!

Customer services was great. Meet me at the car location explained everything to regarding the rental agreement. When I arrived my rental was not available because they took a client over to a car auto shop to drop them off. Then they had to clean out a car that was just returned in their detailing shop which took another 15-20 minutes so I advised them that they could have put me in a rental car that was already parked in their parking lot but the manager at the time refused to do so. But then eventually I was able to get into the car that I suggested so almost closer to them closing I got into a car that I suggest that was in the parking lot. Enjoy this location it was a fun interesting experiences last time but hopefully they start listening to the customers when it comes to suggestions especially for the ones that rent from them on a regular continuous basis.

Car was delivered and waiting as promised. Vehicle was clean but after driving it for a mile or two I did not like driving it.went over to Enterprise office and the young lady that serviced us exchanged vehicles even with the reason being I just didn't like the first vehicle. I wish I could remember the young ladies name because she does deserve a shout out for great customer service.happy to recommend Enterprise!

I previously took the time to leave a thorough and honest review about my communicative experience over the phone with the branch manager here, while my husband was in the branch trying to rent a car with our corporate discount. As a B2B customer, my husband was denied the use of our discount.

FYI: In order to get approved for a corporate discount, you have to spend 10k minimum with Enterprise per yr. He required my husband to show a company credit card with his name on it, work itinerary, paystub or letterhead, but none of these are written requirements in our annual contract.

The original review was somehow removed so I am reposting. I’m hoping the company will uphold some standard of integrity and respond rather than ignore or report it as not being valid.

I've used Enterprise as my primary car rental agent for many years. I've recently moved and tried the Central Avenue location in Toledo and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received at this location. The whole team was fantastic, especially my contact, Katie. Thanks for a great rental experience.
