Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Steubenville OH

I rented a car on November 22 -23. Eventhough there was a delay in getting the vehicle, the staff was outstanding getting the car ready for me. I will definitely rent at that location again. That staff earned my 5 star rating.

Brad is great! Handled things so professionally and really helped me out during a stressful time even if it may not have been the most convenient for him. Thanks to all for the great customer service:)

Interesting! Associate was plesant though he lacked some knowledge about the rental car but honest regarding the check engine light, dents and dings, etc.

I was picked up by one of the nicest gentleman that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kayla was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
When I dropped the car off the man (wish I remembered his name) was also helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If I am ever in need of a rental car again I will definitely be going with Enterprise. Thank you Enterprise for taking a stressful situation and turning it into a positive.

I've had trouble in the past with Enterprise, but this location has ALWAYS accommodated me. One of the best if not the best Enterprise locations that I've used.

Good servicr, intelligent agents. Just don't understand why there are no weekend services after noon on Saturday!

Everyone was really nice and we were in and out with in 10 minutes or less! Highly recommend them if you need to rent a car!

I literally was getting married 8.5hrs away and I reserved my vehicle 2 months ahead of time for me to go to 4 different locations and not a single one had my vehicle nor one available ended up having to go to Hertz

Love enterprise.great cars with less mileage and very clean. The employees are very generous.and the best in prices for rentals. I highly recommend.

Would of been 5 stars had it not been for the car smelling like weed the hole time I had it, and no I don't smoke. It was so strong I had to buy air fresheners for the car. Other than that everything was perfect.

Customer service was good but the vehicle I was placed in was completely unsafe. Hyundai Elantra with sport tires should never be rented out in the northeast region during snowfall forecast. I drive well in the snow but the tires had no traction and would not stop without the breaks locking going down hills.

The Steubenville Enterprise location is absolutely AMAZING! I have been in their rentals for about 3 months now, and I couldn’t ask for anything better! The staff is absolutely the best! From being courteous to quick and efficient! All of the vehicles I have been in have been in immaculate condition! I can truly say I wouldn’t rent a vehicle from anyone other than this location! Thank y’all for all of your help during some really tough times for our family!

Staff was super great! I rented a car and it was the smoothest process I have encountered with car rentals. They were even super nice to upgrade me to a better vehicle. The prices were also amazing. I checked the rates for the same type of car for the same exact dates at thrifty and it was three times the price. I also like that I had no issue with using my debit card instead of credit card since some companies make that difficult. Will definitely rent from them in the future, thanks!

Was given a black car not cleaned and hail dents all over the hood roof and trunk.i was not happy.made me stand out side the building to sign for the car and was told thay had no other cars that my insurance pays for.

Not remotely happy. Booked a luxury car for a long time and they gave me a compact car. The seats don't adjust and the AC doesn't work in the back. The price was not adjusted.
