Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Perrysburg OH

Enterprise is my go-to car-rental company. In particular, my local opertation (Perrysburg OH) has been consistenly outstanding over the years. They are friendly, easy to deal with, and go out of their way to help customers. Their cars are always top notch, and freshly washed and ready to roll! I have also used their Truck rental a few times in Maumee OH. The same can be said for the operation there. Extremely friendly and an excellent manager and staff there, as well. I have used them many times over the years and will continue to do so. The only time I ever had a problem was one recent time in their Bowling Green store. I called to reserve a car for a late pick up that day. When I arrved, a customer was at the counter picking up his car. The Enterprise agent said to him, "I have "this one ready, or you can have a the other one but it is currently being washed. It will take 15 minutes. " The customer took the ready one. I walked to counter. Agent did not have my reservation. He said "I have nothing for you, not even a reservation, and we are completely out of cars. I said, "what about the car being cleaned? " He replied "We are now closed". HE was very RUDE. But I won't let one very bad apple spoil the whole basket. I use Enterprise often, both locally, and when traveling. Their staff always seem very well trained (save the bloke in Bowling Green), and overall, its a well run company.

I rent vehicles here almost weekly for business travel and always have a great experience! They do a great job here!

Hashim rented me the suburban and Sean took care of the return. Both of them made this experience simple. The cost was very reasonable. I will always use this location to rent a vehicle because of Hasim and Sean!

The staff at the Perrysburg location are great. They are always extremely helpful, know me by name, and take the time to ensure every experience I have is a good one. I appreciate their dedication to customer service and see it with the other customer interactions I witness as well. I will always use this location.

The local Enterprise office in Perrysburg, Ohio was amazing. They came to pick up on time and after I returned the vehicle they gladly took me home. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Rude customer service. Need to drop off my vehicle after an accident… No one answered the phone to see if I can get a ride back home… He said he had a wedding to go to when he couldn’t do it… And I had groceries in the back… Waiting outside in the cold and he has the audacity to tell me to have a great weekend… Was rude horrible customer service and after an accident is just exhausting

We had our first and last encounter with this enterprise. 1) I rented a van in feb of 2022 for 6pm pickup and found out THE DAY OF our rental it would not be available. 2) when they called me I asked why I wasn’t notified earlier and they stated it was because they had a bad phone number. (Obviously not because they called me the day of) 3) they said they would do everything they could to find me one and call me back. 4) at 4pm I called to see what was up and basically said these are the vehicles we have which were not what we wanted. 5) you thought the above was bad? Well I said ok we will take the 3rd row SUV as somewhere similar in size and see them at 545pm. And then the guy (Michael) says, oh we changed our hours to 5pm back in march. I was curious! So what if I would if shown up at 545? Just SOL? And why wasn’t it mentioned when you called me at 8am to say you had no van for me. And why did I have to call you back at 4pm, you said you FOLLOWUP with me. Like other unhappy customers, you take the vehicle and the company gets your money. There is really no remorse for the screw up. Yea I got a discount but that’s not the point. I reserved so far in advance I shouldn’t of been stuck with something. It’s so unfortunate that the company will see it as “well you chose to take the alternative” and yes I did because when you leave someone high and dry less than 12hrs before a vacation and 1hr before you close, you still get your money for a vehicle.

Enterprise is our "go to" for car rentals. They offer a wide selection for competitve prices. Their vehicles are clean and in good shape. The checkout / checkin processes are quick and painless.

Picked up rental after my wife had an accident in my car. Friendly assistance and a nice clean ride to use while my insurance company does what they do. Helped take the sting out of a bad day.

We used the Perrysburg location for an insurance rental. The communication was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The representative opening the place on Saturday was late. From the line outside, it affected at least 5 people. What has happened to good customer service? Covid? No it’s a lack of being responsible and accountable.

Update: the person was 25 minutes late, then didn’t know how to turn off the security system so that took another 10 minutes (and ultimately the police came). The car we were provided had a flat tire. They didn’t have another car to rent to us. Supposedly we will get a refund (Reservation is in my partner’s name) but this has affected our entire vacation plans.

Smooth transaction at check in. Ford fusion was a great car to drive. That did not ask where I was going so the car needed an oil change by the end of the trip. Smooth check out experience as well. Will definitely be renting from Enterprise again.

Highly recommend this location excellent customer service they go above and beyond for their customers and do everything they can to make sure they have a pleasant experience when retting a vehicle from them. Definitely recommend this location!

I got a good car (Toyota Camry). Very fuel efficient. Not too much wait time at the desk. Good customer service. I would like to rent a car at this enterprise again. The employees are soo friendly. All the details are clearly explained while rented. Adding ezpass device in the car would be helpful for the future customers.
