It's just a typical car rental. I was treated like a non class citizen. I was lied to over and over again. Money it the entire game.

Helped me get a rental on short notice when my car was in the shop. Worked with Bobby for both pick-up and drop-off who provided excellent customer service on both occasions.

The last two reservations that I've made here have been a disaster. I made both reservations online. Both reservations were followed up with phone calls the next day to let me know that no cars were available. You shouldn't be able to make a reservation if a car isn't going to be available.

Checking in and out the employees were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The car was clean and had no issues. I highly recommend this location!

Reserved a pickup truck. Showed up and was told “sorry, they didn’t have the oil changed in time”. So I had to drive 30 minutes to another location and ended up having my reservation price go up $60. Called customer service and was put on hold for over 15 minutes.

The gentleman at this location was incredibly helpful and apologetic, but enterprise as a company completely dropped the ball on this one.

My first and last experience with enterprise rental car, maybe their competitors actually care about the customer.

Jordan was a huge help, sat down and discussed all the (many) questions I had about the paperwork with me and made sure to contact me when a different facility didn’t check the vehicle in on time. He was very informative and kind. Was overall a great experience and will be going to this rental agency again.

Scheduled a pick up at 12: 00pm on Saturday and I get here at 12: 02pm and they’re closed. Terrible business operation.

This store is absolutely one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible! The manager could have cared less when he called for a follow up.
We tried renting a vehicle for vacation. The day before our scheduled pick up they called to inform us they did not have our vehicle available. Less than 24 hours from when we were suppose leave for vacation and acted like it was no big deal at all. They did absolutely nothing to try to make it right and we had to go through the Enterprise from a different location to get the vehicle we needed. We wouldn’t have went through enterprise at all after they severely dropped the ball but we literally had no option because we were leaving for vacation the very next day. The Dayton Airport Enterpise has much better customer service so I suggest going there if you do decide to rent a car from this company. But this isn’t the first time Enterpise didn’t have my vehicle and informed me right before I was scheduled to get it. The last time it happened at a different location and they just handled it better.

Billing is a nightmare, customer service leaves a lot to be desired and we will ultimately be using Avis in the future. Our insurance covers $40 a day or up to $1200. After putting $190 down when my wife got the car, we get a call 23 days later saying our insurance is no longer covering charges and hasn't been for over a week! The rental is ($38.99/day) No one wants to explain how after taxes this even comes close to going over our $1200 cap. Not to mention the guy sold my wife the "extra coverage" when she told him that we carry full coverage and our insurance would be sufficient in coverage for the rental. So there's a $23.99/day charge that comes directly out of our pocket. When this gets brought up at the time of returning the vehicle and questioning the billing we are told "the guy that did that is new and probably needs to learn how to word things better" "and unfortunately since (my wife) signed the paperwork she agreed to the coverage. " The only conclusion I can come to is there are phantom charges that no one can justify and my wife shouldn't have trusted the man behind the counter.

Booked the rental a few days ago, walked in and was walking out the door 10 minutes later. Alex was very knowledgeable and very polite. This is the second time I've dealt with Alex and both times have been great.

People tend not to leave reviews when they've had a good experience. I had a good experience. No complaints. They explained everything and had a nice vehicle.
