13I rented a car and it was so easy and fast. I even got an upgrade. All the staff were very nice and professional. I would rent from them again. I ESPECIALLY like they are open on Sunday so I don't have to pay for an extra day I don't need.
Had to rent a car after a car accident and would recommend. First time renting a car, and was very pleased; employees were friendly and pleasant. The ladies on the phone when you call the main customer service number, not so friendly.
Calls you 2 days ahead of time to tell you there is a $300 deposit that has to be made before you can rent a car. The location in Dayton does not do this.
I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location! They went above and beyond to accommodate me from our very first interaction. I needed to rent a car because my personal car is getting a repair, they allowed me to pick up my rental Monday morning almost 3 hours early so I didn't have to miss any more work. On Thursday they called me to notify me that the car I was renting had hit a certain mileage and they were going to take the car off the lot, and asked me to bring it in to be put in a newer car. I had absolutely no problem with this as I drive A LOT for work, and have the car reserved for two weeks. I was able to swap out the cars today (Friday), and was given the choice between two cars, and they had me ready to go in five minutes. Now, I got 10 minutes down the interstate and just absolutely did not like how to car drove, and I want to make it clear that the car was in perfect condition and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car itself, it was just a personal preference of how the car handled. I brought it back and asked if there was any way I could be put in a different car, because as I stated I drive so much for work, I just wanted to be comfortable with the vehicle I was driving. Kiara is the employee who has helped me most throughout the process, and I cannot describe how amazing her customer service is. She gladly switched me into another vehicle, again in less than five minutes I was out of there! There were a few other things along the way that they accommodated for me as well, but seriously, this is the best location I've ever been to!

This is the worst service I’ve ever had from a rental company. I wish my insurance company would contract from a different company. It took 3 days for a rental. 1st car the windshield wipers didn’t work and it shook over 40mph. 2nd car has obviously been wrecked, hood not flushed and passenger door doesn’t match the car. Then I received a credit card notification on my phone that I was charged $80.00 2 mins before they closed. I called the location they were conveniently closed. The next day I was advised that insurance didn’t send a payment for 2 weeks. I was not notified of this miss payment or that my card would be charged. The Beavercreek location does not provide good quality safe cars and the communication is nonexistent. Save yourself the hassle and if so CHOOSE a DIFFERENT LOCATION.
After a super frustrating experience at one of the other local enterprise locations, Hannah completely knocked it out of the park. EVERYTHING about my reservation was messed up by this other location, and Hannah was already slammed just 15 minutes before closing. She was calm, nice, and apologetic even though she had done nothing wrong!
She went out of her way to make sure that my needs were put first, and corrected every error made by the other enterprise. She treated me like a human being and understood my dilemma.
THIS is what customer service is all about. Taking care of the customer. No, the customer isn’t always right, but the customer is the only reason these giant corporations exist.
Kudos to Hannah. Give that young woman a raise and put her in charge of all the enterprises in the area. I guarantee you would see a huge increase in customer satisfaction.
Very friendly staff and very professional. Short handed on workers so be patient. I would definitely come here again.
Never ever would I rent from these people, Never had I seen such disregard for a customer, I waited on the car fir 2 hours and they couldn't wait 12 minutes, Hope they had a great Saturday, never again

I’m getting ready to rent a vehicle again at the same location again!
Picked up a vehicle in Columbus Airport that would not start after getting to my hotel in Beavercreek (thankfully). National roadside assistance set up the tow and an Uber ride to this Enterprise location. They had no idea I was coming and only had a vehicle that would not fit the needs of my trip. Were it not for Mr. Ellis working the front desk, I would give them one star. Mr. Ellis repeatedly offered to do what he could, but was not getting help from his management. Branch management did not seem to care or want to take any extra steps to help, even after working with them through my corporate travel department. I had to take a $60 Uber ride out of my own pocket to the Dayton Airport where I continued to wait while they tried to figure out where National had the car towed until I was able to leave. All in all, I spent half a day and $60 getting an exchange.
Fast & friendly service. The staff are understanding and accommodating. I had a great experience at this location!
Excellent agency to work with for rentals. Quick in and out.both ways! Definitely will use them again!
