Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Chagrin Falls OH

Repeat customer for many years…this location was an unbelievable gem under Bryce’s management. Customer service was top notch and the staff really seemed to enjoy what they did. Fast forward to today…customer service sells your reservation out from under you lies about it all while being perfectly unapologetic. Might be a quick cash grab business model for now but won’t grow a customer base long term. Good luck but I’ll get better service at the location one exit up.

Very disappointed. Unfortunately they didn't have my reservation/rental ready as promised by the main customer service line. I have to wait 24 hours to get my rental and I am out of a car until then. At least I know to rent elsewhere next time.

I’ve rented from this location several times over the last three years, and each time I’ve had great experiences. The Staff is friendly, the cars have been ready to roll when I got there - clean and gassed up.

Thomas was absolutely amazing in getting me the car that I needed. His location did not have my vehicle as it was suppose to be returned there but it wasn’t and he went out of his way to make sure I had the car I wanted!

The staff and managers of the Chagrin Falls Enterprise franchise have always provided a very high level of customer service. I choose to continue renting cars for my numerous business trips because of their excellent service and support.

I was overcharged on my rental. They charged me for insurance and I made it really clear that didn't need it. I called back in after my rental period and they said they would remove the charge. It has been over a week and it hasn't been removed. If you rent from this place, make sure you review your final bill before you leave.

Bryce was incredible. He’s prompt, courteous and went above and beyond to situate us in the best car possible. We couldn’t recommend a better professional and rental center. Kudos to Bryce.

Amazing customer service! Paul goes above and beyond to assist customers. I witnessed him work late and come in early the next day. He’s a great problem solver and extremely professional. He was very considerate of my travel needs and really helped my family get to where we had to be on time. I will definitely use this Enterprise location again!
