I have only had good experiences with every Enterprise that I have used, and the customer service at this one on Broad St, in Wadsworth, was excellent!

If I could leave 0 stars I would I am very displeased with what enterprise has to offer 45 minutes late to pick me up for a scheduled pick up when I finally was picked up the driver whose name was Charley, Drove reckless. Continuously driving 50+ in a 35mph zone and passing cars on a double solid line. Proceeding to do 50mph over railroad tracks with zero caution to his surroundings making numerous jokes about the situation. Very very unprofessional. The lady at the front apologized and claimed he had been in a motorcycle accident years ago and hasn’t been right. So that gives him to okay to put my life in danger?

This location is top notch! Everyone is friendly, Shout-out to Devan for going above and beyond and made the process seamless. Excellent service I highly recommend this location! Thanks again really gave great service during a stressful time.

Words can not express how great the customer service provided by Devan at the Wadsworth Ohio location was. I had an issue with my rental car after a few days of use. Devan went above and beyond to help me. I’m being honest when I say I’ve never had a better customer service experience in my whole life. Thank you again Devan for going out of your way and spending the extra time to insure my travel was perfect. Thank you again sir for everything!

They were late which made me late for work. They showed up in the wrong agreeded upon vehicle. Had to leave the body shopin my vehicle thats supppsed to be repaired. Ohhh and then the typical enterprise talk of thats all we had lol whatever smh.incompetence at its finest

Rented a newer Toyota Camry from this location and the transaction in both pick up and drop off was seemless. Staff was easy to work with and helpful. My overall car renting experiences left me very satisfied.

Just picked up a Nissan Titan there for a work trip. The truck is covered front to back and on the hood with scratches. It's also covered in huge water spots and the windshield is filthy. I would have returned it but they are closed over the weekend and I leave for my trip on Sunday.

The two employees that helped me both at pick up and deliver were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'm told their names are Emily and Nene. They made my experience a 10 out of 10 and deserve to be recognized. They're the whole process quick and actually fun. They were quick, kind, and efficient. My local Enterprise rocks!

Now, for the phone serve operator, I had that set up my rental was the exact opposite. You almost lost my business because of her! I asked her several times to transfer me to my local branch because I had a question specific for them, and she would not transfer me. I asked her if they would come pick me up because my car died, and she said no. And insisted they don't do that. When I explained to her that why I wanted to talk to my local branch because I know they offer that service (my old neighbor worked there a little while ago). I live two miles from Enterprise, and I had to UBER there and pay more money that I didn't have to because the lady insisted they could not come and pick me up. When I dropped off the car and was confirming my Uber home, Emily and Nene stopped me and told me not to pay that they gladly picked people up and dropped off for their rental. I was EXTREMELY upset at those points with the operator I was shaking. Emily and Nene calmed me down and gave me their direct line for next time. Your operator needs retrained because if a customer wants to speak directly to the branch, they should be able to. All she had to do is warn me that it might take them longer to answer the phones since they may be helping customers. But I would have been glad to wait, and I have the right to choose if I want to wait to get the correct answers.

This place tried stealing my $300 deposit, they won't answer their phone calls AND told me I never returned the car. Had to call the 1800 number.

This is the only car rental place I use. Easy website, great communication and always pleasant to work with.
