Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Toledo OH

I made a reservation for a compact car and because they accepted a reservation for a car they didn’t have they wanted me to pay more because they only had SUVs when it’s not my fault they didn’t have the car I made a reservation for. And then asked if I wanted to wait around to see if someone returned a compact car before they closed in the next 10 mins.

The 14th St.location is my favorite location to rent a car from. It's close to home, the staff is always friendly and very accommodating! The vehicle I reserved this time wasn't available but I received a nice upgrade without extra cost. And because I'm a frequent customer, my discount with them is better than using my AARP benefits somewhere else! Keep up the great customer service!

Each and every time I need a vehicle one has been available at any enterprise location I attend the staff is great every one I have interact with has kind and helpful

I recommend renting from this location, their customer service is great and Isaac was a great help. I’ll certainly be back in the future simply because the process was so simple, you’ll be in and out of the location within 5-10 minutes with your rental.

They were very accommodating, and I enjoyed my rental selection. Thanks, 13th St location, for helping my process to be flawless after a trying ordeal.

Friendly people and quality vehicles a little bit pricey unless the insurance company is paying for it

The ladies who help me out here are very nice. It’s always a smooth transaction getting a vehicle. And if they don’t have any available they always let me know in advance!

For it to be my first time renting a car and I didn't think about all the extra money I needed to rent a car.

Enterprise in Toledo on 14 13th street was the best. Reserved vehicle in Northwood Ohio and they messed it up and we needed to get to Arizona for a funeral. Tamra in Toledo SAVED THE DAY! She came through for us and got us in a vehicle and we were able to leave when we wanted to. The best place to rent a vehicle for sure and the ones who worked there were awesome!

Service is good but not as good as I was treated in Miami, Atlanta or Myrtle Beach to name a few. Here in Toledo I've gotten attitude and this is the only place I've had to pay a deposit which I find very odd

Fabulous service! The vehicle that I rented loaned up to not be available and instead of just telling me they can't help me they got me into a car that will hold my whole family for our vacation. I may not go back to a Michigan Enterprise again and just stay with this Enterprise location in Toledo. Tamara yesterday and the gentleman who checked us out today were just incredible!

I THOUGHT I had very little issue except that 7 full days after I was charged for the full price of my rental $1,200.00, I was suddenly charged nearly $40.00 dollars extra for fuel. Funny thing about that was that I was actually going to ask (but I was distracted by work calls) for a credit. Because I returned the vehicle with a full tank of fuel but was given the vehicle with less than half a tank of fuel. Real classy Enterprise!

In and out quickly and friendly assistance! Received a freshly detailed car. Couldn’t ask for better! This is my go to enterprise location from now on.

Wonderful experience with the agents at the Enterprise in Toledo. They were friendly, courteous and highly professional, making the experience as smooth as can be! Will return again next time we're in town. Five Stars.

I hope you never have to experience the total loss of your vehicle, but if you do, then hopefully you'll be lucky enough to work with the enterprise team in downtown Toledo. Getting my rental was as seamless as it should be. Paul was super helpful in making sure I did not go without a vehicle. Communication was great as well. They made me aware that the insurance wanted the vehicle back earlier than expected. I heard from enterprise before I heard from the insurance. Big thanks for making a terrible situation a little less terrible.

Was renting a full size SUV.we we're given a Durango.say what you want enterprise, not the same as Tahoe or Yukon.just beware people.
