Subject: Frustrating Customer Feedback

I initially chose Crashed Champion based on their 5-star reviews. Dropping off the car was a positive experience, and my questions were answered. However, additional damage not related to the accident was presented at an insurance rate, despite it not being part of the original incident. Upon picking up my car, I received detailed information about insurance fixes, but they overlooked my small dent, even though I had been honest about intending to pay out of pocket.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I was given an $800 estimate for the dent, which is not even worth $100. Furthermore, I encountered a sensor issue upon picking up my car, and no one returned my promised call. While the car was fixed quickly, I am skeptical about the service quality and their ability to keep promises based on this experience.

I’ve rented from other Enterprise locations in the past and this is by far the best one. Zach and Bailey were excellent!

Bailey the manager went above and beyond to help me and my husband get a rental after our car broke down. She did it very quickly so we could get on the road to make a reunion in WV. Thank you again Bailey.

This time everything went very smoothly. It hasn't always been that way in the past. I can't emphasize it enough. Check the tires. Bald tires seem to be the norm instead of the exception. I assume that's an enterprise problem and not a local dealership problem.

Do not rent from this location. Rude staff along with bait and switch. Avoid if at all possible.

Booked an SUV via government contract well in advance which was needed due to sensitive cargo and amount of people traveling. Showed up 15 minutes after they opened and they had one vehicle on the lot which was a pickup truck, was told to take it or leave it. Nobody called me prior to let me know my reservation couldn’t be honored. Overheard the guy at the counter say he was recently promoted although he was rude, condescending, and absolutely no help. They could have easily called me prior and let me know they couldn’t honor the reservation. Eventually a SUV arrived and he gave it to someone who showed up after me. He did offer to have me wait in the lobby to see if a random vehicle would show up. Had to switch to Budget to get a vehicle.

My car was ready when anticipated and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have been using Enterprise for many many years and will continue to do so. Bryce and his staff in Hudson are A1.

The two staff members are very helpful but they definitely need more. Especially when needing vehicles from other locations. I'm glad you can also drop your car at Ron Marhofer collision. 2023 Toyota Camry

I have rented here several times.
When I called, I needed a car exactly then, because my van broke down, but the automated system would only let me make the reservation for the next day.
When I got to the customer service representative and told him the situation, he was able to secure me a car to pick up immediately.
I was also given 1 day free because I rented for a week.
Very happy with the service.

By far the worst rental car I ever dealt with. From confirmed reservations and when I get to the store there is absolute no car, to promises to give the car I want if available, then changing to not guaranteed maker or model but the category, and when I get to the store to change a car with issues on the A/C, they don't have neither and I have to get a car from a category below the one I had, even calling them one day ahead to let them know I was going back to the store to get another car and the person saying they had same car I had in the store, but not reserving it for me. Calling numberless times trying to extend contract and nobody answers. Dirt cars, cars with fuel below half tank, spare tires with less than half the pressure, one tire out of 4 over inflated (15 psi above spec), you name it. Every single time I had an issue I complained with them and the only thing I hear is "we are sorry", but absolutely nothing changes/improves. If you can, just stay away.
I would give ZERO stars, but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.

Bryce was very helpful in making sure I got into the vehicle I needed. He got me in quick, I'll definitely use enterprise again.

Bailey did a great job finding a specialty vehicle for me on very short notice. She was very pleasant, listened to what I needed and helped me solve the issue. Don’t ever go to there is all I can recommend! I have never seen such terrible service and a complete disregard for the customer safety!

The person who I dealt with upfront when I went there was absolutely awful! I made the reservation 3 days ahead, asked for a safe vehicle for me and my family. The day of the pickup, I called there location to make sure they have a good and safe vehicle. They confirmed and had me drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction of my destination and then handed me a train wreck of a car which had body damage all over, had a door that wouldn’t shut for safety and sounded like the wheel might fall of anytime! That’s Enterprise Rent a Car’s idea of a safe vehicle?

When I walked in, I was the only customer inside the building. The lady at the counter handed me the keys and said the car is in the parking lot. Usually, the person walks out to the vehicle with you, shows you the vehicle, goes over any existing scratches, fuel level and miles etc. This person didn’t do anything!

I went back once I looked at the car in disbelief! I thought for sure there has to be a mixup… that car had been in an accident and the lady gave me the key to that car by mistake. Guess what? No! She said that was the car and she is aware it had a dent on it! Most people know that is not a dent when the whole rear side of a unibody car is caved in and the door doesn’t close safely! That is a safety hazard!

I don’t want anyone else to get hurt or go through this awful experience so I will be posting the review on all sites and social media platforms as well as reporting it to appropriate authorities!

Dan the manager went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I was renting because my car was being repaired which was taking much longer than expected. Dan kept in touch and worked with me to make sure I would have a rental available as long as I needed. I would definitely recommend this location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

In rental car experiences, you have prompt service, friendly customer relations, professionalism, knowledgeable and experienced insight; most of the time, one interaction at a time, never all at once. Then there is Marc Remy, the shining example of all these qualities. Not only did Marc provide me with perhaps the best service that I will ever receive from a rental car company again, but also reminded me what the spirit of Christmas was all about. If the world was filled with more people like Marc, I believe humanity would finally find peace.
