Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Wickliffe OH

This is my fourth or fifth rental from Enterprise they are generally okay The problem is they never provide me with the vehicle that I have reserved It is always something larger I specifically requested a smaller vehicle and they always provide me and provide me with something larger than what I requested.

Recently rented a premium SUV for a trip to ensure we had enough room for 6 of us to be in one vehicle. The staff here is very professional and helpful. I was given the typical breakdown for coverage, quick and painless, was NOT asked if I was sure or pushy about taking the added costs on. Signed for the vehicle and it was mine for the week. No issues while driving the car out of state and back. Went to return it, was even easier and painless than the simple hand off. I was very pleased with the overall rental process and cost. I will be back the next time I need a rental vehicle!

The best Enterprise. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Actually smoke free, clean.

I have been a member of the Emerald club for many years and i cant think of a better car rental agency then Enterprise.

Jay Peters was the staff member that helped me during my pick up and drop off process. He was professional and very helpful with both processes. He was also considerate of my time when he didn't have to be. I'm grateful for this guy.

Great rental experience. I dealt with the branch manager, Jon for vehicle pickup and return. Courteous and efficient during both visits. Will be returning for any future rental needs.

The Manager John is blatantly racist. Even on Juneteenth he was. How you racist on Juneteenth? Dude can’t even take a day off lol. But in all seriousness if you are black just go to the Euclid location where you won’t get treated less then.

My car rental was canceled. I was still charged for a day of service. The employee Cain was rude and kept saying my money was refunded and would not offer a receipt. This occurred for a week. I had to stop by the branch and speak with the manager. The following day my money was refunded.

Nathan Sudberry did an excellent job helping me. He went above and beyond. Best enterprise experience and he went out of his way to personally drive me to pick up my car, 15 mins away. Very enthusiastic and helpful. Will be back.

This is THE BEST Enterprise location I've ever been to! The entire team makes it a point to make sure you are happy. No hassle l, on the road quick.

I feel like I got cheated and everyone just kept making excuses. I will not be using them in the future.

Had a great experience at this enterprise. They had a car available in a pinch, we’re very friendly both when I picked up the car and dropped it off and were very informative about the rental process and knowledge about the cars. I would highly recommend!
