Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Cuyahoga Falls OH

My car ended up catching fire at 3am after breaking down, I visited the Hudson Enterprise first thing in the morning and they were unable to help. I visited this location afterwards and Nate ended up helping me get into a vehicle and setup within 10 minutes. A couple days later I wanted to switch the car out and he got me into a different car the same day. I highly recommend this location instead of Hudson as they are much more attentive.

I reserved Nissan Maxima on Wednesday and today I went to pick it. Worker there said they don’t have the car I reserved online. They gave me Toyota Camry. I drove to home. On the way I smell something weird inside the car. I never new how the marijuana smell. It was very strong. Till the time I reached home I was almost vomiting. I asked my wife what was the smell and she confirmed it was marijuana. I am still sick of it. I picked the car at 4: 30 pm and I could not return it today as it got closed at 5 pm. I will return it tomorrow. I am still light heading and nauseous. I usually rent car from this location but this never happened before. I am really disappointed

There was an issue finding a Full Size car for me and I ended up with a Nissan rogue SUV which was fine. Some billing issue was spotted at my return but both gentlemen took their time to help address it and made it right.

When I needed a rental car, my insurance covered getting one through this location. It was a good reliable car and I had a positive experience with this company. They had an employee pick me up and drive me, who was very nice and professional. He took me to get my rental car when my car needed fixed. The car was very clean & nice. They returned my deposit afterward like they said they would.

Today that same employee came outside and helped push my car off the side of the road with 2 other people from other businesses. My alternator went out and my car was broken down on the side of the road. Thank you so much for your help!
