18Car size I reserved was not available. I was only given the choice of a smaller car. After a 24 hr round trip drive I was charged full price. Poor customer service by the local staff.
Our insurance gave a rate for a rental car and instead of them giving us a car in that range. Told us they didnt have one and had to pay the xtra for one they had. We called 2 weeks before our car went into shop to reserve a car in range that our insurance allowed for. Thats when we got bamboozled into a 33.00 a day when we were alloted 25. A day. Wont do this again and making a complaint to our insurance company too.
Went to Enterprise to rent a pickup to haul some things to my daughter's new place. The experience went smoothly and quickly, and in a few minutes, I was on the road. The drop off was just as smooth. Thanks Enterprise.
This is my local enterprise. I'll start off by saying the employees in the office are great. Extremely friendly, and really good at getting us in and out in a very timely manner. The cars are usually very nice, and reliable vehicles. I've not had any mechanical problems with cars from this office and I rent for business about 6 times a year.
Their pricing is very high. We used to have a good corporate rate but that has since changed. I reached out to management, who give me a number to call, but I haven't got a call back after many attempts. Again not something the local office controls.
I often will drive to the Akron Canton Airport because the rate is so much better. $400+ a week locally. $250 a week at Akron Canton. Once they get this disparity worked out and can charge better prices in New Phila then they would get 5 stars.
Filthy vehicles, poorly managed if managed at all. Pressure washer broken so they can’t wash the cars. Interiors not even swept. Don’t answer phone or even have your vehicle ready when you call ahead and they say they will.
Unable to contact the office not answering any of my calls waiting for a hour glad you are in the community however try a call back system or something a bit ridiculous when you need to rent a vehicle
Called Enterprise a week before I needed to rent a Kia Soul or equivalent from new philadelphia. I was told it was not a problem. Upon arrival it was. They tried to rent me a Huge full size suv.
Alex Haney told me corporate has no idea what is in his fleet. He has 1 Kia soul.
Went to Budget and got a Kia Soul. Budget was very polite.
Safe yourself time and headaches and go some place els.had a car scheduled when we went to pick it up they said they had given it to someone els!
Family rented a 7 passager vehicle, from Enterprise New Philadelphia, to travel out of state. The staff was wonderful. Called us the day before to confirm. I ordered Sirus radio on my account, for some reason it would not load. They tried a few times. They were kind enough to take it off our bill and make the changes right. We will rent from them again.
They are friendly and helpful. We have never had a problem that they couldn't fix. Would definitely recommend
Use this location often, very professional, quick service.occasionally very busy, but staff still does a very efficient job of getting you in and out as quickly as possible.
Having to use this place for a rental because my vehicle is at the dealership waiting to be fixed. Called over to get in touch with someone about my dealership putting in for me to get a larger vehicle called 4 different times each over a half hour waiting never picked up the phone finally called one more time only for them to pick up and their computer systems not working or so they say. Waited again today to be contacted about a larger vehicle still have yet to hear anything from them. Worst rental experience
Have had to use Enterprise for warranty and insurance rentals. Both times, the office is unreachable. Either their phones aren't working or they are all busy. Of the 50 times I've called in the last 3 months, I've only got a pickup twice. Once you do get ahold of someone, it's fine. However, I'm currently stranded and am waiting for a pickup and can not reach anyone to find out if there is someone on their way. Find another rental company if you can.
Update: After 14 tries, I finally got an answer, then was rushed off the phone, saying that someone is on their way. Currently, they are 30 minutes late to a scheduled pickup, and the driver is M. I. A.
After multiple calls they finally answered. We did the paperwork and got keys ahead of time because we had to pick the vehicle up on a day they were closed. Vehicle shook pretty bad when driving, so the next day we drove the 40 min back to switch out vehicles. They acted like it was an inconvenience to them. It was a waste of my time. Customer service and communication sucks. Won't be going back.
The folks were nice and helpful at the facility. Complaints would be the car did not have a full tank of gas. I was not told this, I returned the car with a full tank of gas and was not issued a credit. When we got on the highway the brakes obviously had an issue with them at a speed higher than 50mph. Felt as thought it needed new pads and possibly rotors. When I returned the car to the facility I told them they needed to have the brakes checked and explained what it was doing. While waiting for my ride to pick me up they were going to rent they had a lady come in to pick up a vehicle and they offered the vehicle I returned to her. They didn't even check the issue I told them about. The car did have higher miles on it so maybe it was on its way to being retired.

Enterprise reached out to me and said they would be getting with me. That never happened.
Excellent place to rent a car, thanks to Luis who was very helpful and helped us get a car and enjoy our family vacation in Orlando.
My insurance company reserved me a car through them. Then when I go to try to get the car they say they don’t have any. Finally in the afternoon they say I can come get one. Then when I show up there’s only one person working.
So as filling up the car when I returned it I miss place my debit card tried calling, and calling over 7 times got nothing from this place so I could check if my debitcard was in the car. Very poor customer service. No one answered the phone for over two hrs.
