I have been an Enterprise customer for 20+ yrs. I keep coming back to them because they always take care of me, great customer service, several locations in proximity and nice selection of cars.
Reserved a car for a week here at enterprise.
Filled out all the quick checkout info. Had my "pass" and everything. I finally find the place in the back of the garage.
Get there.guy tells me they have NO CARS.
MY RIDE IS GONE.now I'm stuck here in the freezing cold.
HOW ABOUT A PHONE CALL ENTERPRISE? Why are you letting people book cars you dont have.
I read the reviews of people having this exact problem with you. I was hoping it was a fluke.

Front desk girl was curt, and not very helpful at all. However, the guy in the garage, Chuck, was very nice and helpful.
Fast and friendly service. Easy to find the service counter. Efficient on time and getting your information and getting you on your way. A bit of a walk to get to the car lot but friendly staff to help. Great at getting you to your rental and on your way. Easy return area and great staff overall.
I rented a car from Enterprise, Valdalia. That car has some problem with USB charger port, Collision sensor etc. I went to Enterprise, Vandalia to exchange the car, they said that they didn't have cars and asked me to goto Enterprise at Dayton airport. So i went there to exchange car. When I asked them, they were like " No we don't have.we can't give another car". I could see lot of cars there. I didn't feel good with their behaviour. They wasted my time.
Staff doesnt answer phone unless contacted first thing in the am. I was over charged but that's since been taken care of. Thanks to Collin and his team.
We had a great experience with our Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Dayton, OH International Airport. The car was very comfortable and clean and the service was very friendly. It was a simple rent and return process so that we could make our flight.
Customer service was phenomenal. The gentleman at the counter assisted my colleague and I when we were in a bad situation with flights being delayed and canceled. We rented a car and drove to Massachusetts from Ohio. His assistance was the only nice thing that happened for both of us at the end of a long week.
Very nice service at the Dayton Airpot. When returning they gave me credit for the smeared windshield. I hadn't noticed until I drove away. Very nice. Do not always get that quality service with others.
The car was in a very good condition when I took it.
When it had the “Change Oil” issue, I was directed to one of the vendors who took care of the problem and had the car checked overall and declared fit to get back on the road.

I love the Nissan Rogue that we rented. You have to go inside the airport to reserve and pay (with a major credit card not a debit card) for your vehicle and then go to a parking garage to retrieve your vehicle.
I almost stopped renting from Enterprise all together. I was trying to get rental car at one location and it was a complete nightmare. So I had to travel to the airport location. They were beyond amazing. They fixed my points issue, gave me a free upgrade and in general were just helpful and sincerely friendly.
Avoid this place if you have a trip. I booked a car online. At the check in, they refused to give me a car becasue I don't have a credit card. I told them that I used to pay by using a debit card. They didn't accept any other kind of payment, and they didn't provide me with any solution. They simply ruined my trip!
