Environmental Doctor came out to clean our vents, which had not been cleaned in 10 years, and were very much in need. They arrived on time, and gave our vents and HVAC system a good cleaning, including a vent that was very difficult to reach under a kitchen counter/cabinets. They arrived on time, and our home smells great now! Very impressed with their service and professionalism.

They installed a radon mitigation system that was fairly priced and well done. The work was high quality as well as visually appealing. The techs caulk work is a thing of beauty. They were on time, had a great estimate of how long the work would take and were neat freaks on cleanup. I would recommend them for any work.

In the process of selling a home inspection uncovered mold in our basement. The entire staff of Environmental Doctors came to our rescue to locate the problem, and remediate it. We cannot speak highly enough about Brett who is not only highly knowledgeable he is also passionate about his work, and went above and beyond. The staff Jimmy, Danny and Grace were wonderful when they came out to take care of our home. What a fantastic company!

Extremely happy with the Environmental Doctor! I bought a house a few months ago and the radon levels in my basement was over 40! After the initial install the numbers had fallen drastically, but they were not under 4. I was concerned, but Brett reassured me that there were other options they could try to keep bringing the numbers down. After several different options my number is around 1. I highly recommend using the Environmental Doctor if you need a radon mitigation system!

I called and received a quote from them. When the field rep came to the house and prepared the estimate, he stated he quoted the work for for 2 techs and about 6 hours. I agreed to the terms and about a week or so later scheduled the service. When service day came, there was only one tech and he only worked roughly 4.75 hours (with about 1/2 hr for set up and clean up). I will not use this company again, for the work they did and the amount of money it costs, was not balanced. They were deceptive with their bid, as estimating two techs and only one came and finished the work in my opinion half the time. The tech even noted that the work quoted and the work completed were not aligned. I called on Monday of this week and spoke to the person in the office, and she assured me that I would hear something within the next day or so. Today is Thursday and no contact. If you use this company make sure they outline the work to be done and costs associated with the work. I checked with another Mold remediation company, they estimated the work by their company to have been about 2/3rds the costs of this company, they are a national company.

Environmental Doctor has been great. We live in an older home (1850s as near as we can document) that needed radon mitigation. Brett assessed the situation, including a number of challenges due to limited access, brought in Michael for the benefit of his many years of experience, and determined the best course of action. We were prepared to have to install an expensive heat recovery ventilation system for a "brute force" method to get the necessary air flow to bring the radon down to an acceptable level, but Brett and Michael worked out a strategy for applying conventional mitigation methods in a newer section of our home and then installing ductwork it pull air from the limited access area to draw out the radon.

Their initial inspection revealed some mold in the crawlspace under the more modern area of our home, so before proceeding with the radon mitigation they brought in another Environmental Doctor team to remove the mold and prevent its return.

It has been great working with one company that can provide so many services, and we especially appreciate the professionalism exhibited by Brett and Michael in managing the entire process. Oh, and our radon has now been reduced to a safe level.

This is from the Gearhart family, first and foremost I wanna thank the staff and the company/owner for all their hard work, dedication, and thoroughness with a project at our home. We purchased a home back in 2013 and it has sub-slab duct work, while we were living here we had issues with moisture buildup on windows and ceiling. After we investigating thought process of elimination started with new windows, insulation in walls and attic. The moisture still remained. We then realized we have water in the sub slab duct system which involved regrading the backyard and a new patio to keep the water away from the house. Since then no more water has entered the duct system, but the moisture was still remained high to the point where we were getting frost in the attic! We considered a whole home dehumidifier. We tried portable dehumidifiers and nothing worked. So after alot of investigation we found a radon mitigation was a possible solution to our problem. After purchasing an air things radon detector we had radon levels around 17pcl consistently as a long term average. We wasn't sold on the radon and we moved the device outside and we got a reading at 2pcl which told us this radon was real! We found the environmental Dr company and we have been in contact with the owner over the past few years over our situation with the house Finally we decided to have the house mitigated as a January 31,2023. Within 24 hours the moisture level in the home has dropped by 10 percent. We were able to drop the thermostat down by 4 degrees without it increasing the moisture level in the house and now the radon levels is at a. 78 which is lower than the outside level. This situation has been life changing as far as health benefits for our family due to mold, and allergies. Issues with home products and foods spoiling early from excessive moistures. If you have any environmental concerns such as moisture, mold, etc a mitigation system will not only save your home but it will create a more comfortable environment to live in. My boyfriend has done it of research on moisture and the health effects and now radon and it all is tied together. A mitigation is the number one solution. A big thank you to the owner his staff and his acquaintances that have saved our health and home. Don't hesitate to call them you won't be disappointed!
