Staff there was so nice and kind. The lady who did my nails did it perfectly, the establishment was clean and had a nice atmosphere.

Staff is nasty rude, unprofessional the male technician is the worst, he get mad even when I asked a questions about
My own nails. I was a first time customer, then he started drilling my nail bed to long until my fingers started to sting.
Then after paying $45 he started begging for tips.
He argumentative just itching to call the police on us African Americans women.
I went 2x thinking if I returned I'd get a different nail tech, but I was wrong, I feel they were racist, & they only care about the "Green Dollar", and not you as a "human being" or your precious hands, they want the cash$$$$$ and hurry and send you on your way. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

My aunt went and got a pedicure/gel polish on toes.
Impressed with girl who did her, will be back.

So I went to this nail salon asked for a round natural nail the owner did my nails he tried to used the same sanding drill band on my nails I made him change it I knew red flag number on the his application was not up to par he got upset so I asked him to cut and soak off my nails I would pay he refused

HORRIBLE place of business! I got to the nail salon at 11am for ONE nail repair…. Did not get seen until 3pm! The owner attitude is disgusting! He got upset because i asked how long it would take for ONE repair and he told me it was people in front of me for full sets i explained i only had ONE nail to repair he got very nasty! I didn’t even want to give this place one star i would never recommend! PURE TRASH! This place needs to be closed so many HORRIBLE reviews!

Recently went to this location for a fill and was treated horribly! Dave who is the owner along with his wife Linda and sits at the very 1st station did my nails. He was so aggressive and mean. First he got mad because I asked him not to use so much acrylic, he took offense to that. Then he was trying to clean out my cuticles with his drill which was very painful. As I'm sitting there flinching and squirming because of the pain he gets more angry and tells me I need to find another nail tech! I was so out done embarrassed and angry by then myself! I could not believe it! He was very unprofessional, unreasonable, very mean and did not care! It is a horrible shame that that you can't even express your concerns about a service you're paying for with them! So I will do exactly what he suggested and that is to find another nail salon more caring more tactful more professional and more respectful. I did tell him before I paid him and left that if he kept that nasty attitude and energy that he and his wife would probably find themselves in an early retirement they wasn't quite ready for! They are so unworthy of any dollar spent with them! I just thank the Lord they're not the only salon in town!

If I could give him a 0 I would. The manager is very rude and very unprofessional. He does not know how to treat humans.
