I've been in there once and got an attitude from everyone in there that they don't care if they're there or not. There was like 5 other people which I guess were they're friends and they were more about them than me and my mom. We left. I called there once and asked if they had something and he corrected me very rudely so I said never mind and hung up. Will never give them my business.

The best customer service around. Clean atmosphere with tons of different products. Would recommend!

Reason for 3 star rating: Staff

Went for the first time today, every question I had for the staff member was not thoroughly answered and was very short with no context. He acted like I should of already known how the place operates and seemed annoyed of my questions. He was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Maybe he was just having an off day, but still no reason to reflect emotions to the customer.

I’m sure most of the staff is courteous and I was just unlucky, but my brother in law and I were left confused of the situation.

So glad that they brought a store this close to home and the fact that it's literally has 10 times the selection of juice then the st. Mary's location. Overall very happy. Grand lake vapor might as well shut down real vape shop is in town.
