I needed my fireplace repaired. They first sent the wrong tech (gas fireplace only guy). Then two weeks later the owner Duane came out personally. He did his inspection and sent me a quote and said he had to order parts. Six weeks later I checked the status - he said they were still waiting on parts. At 8 weeks, still waiting on parts. Winter cold is now upon us, so I went on Amazon and ordered the parts myself and had them delivered the next day. Went on the Internet and performed the repairs myself. It saved me hundreds of dollars in markup and labor. Ten weeks after the owner came to my house I still haven’t heard back from them. They knew I need my fireplace to heat my house.
I guess my money isn’t good enough for these people. I will never use their business again and if you need your fireplace repaired you better look elsewhere or you may be stranded without heat.

Easy to deal with, finished product looks great. Would recommend to anyone looking for wood burning, or gas stoves/fireplaces.

We’ve dealt with Erbs Stove Center for the last 12 or so years. We’ve always had good service and felt like they treated us fairly and nicely.

I can't say enough good about the staff from Katie getting our drawings put together from my dimensions to Kenny and Jonas on the installation. Professional all the way. Couldn't be more pleased with our Fireplace and wall unit.

We purchased an Osburn Stratford ll stove, it did not perform as expected due to what turned out to be some factory issues. We installed it ourselves, but when I called Erbs to discuss the issues we were having they were more than helpful. They talked us through possible troubleshooting. When nothing helped and I began to worry about the amount of time that had passed and warranty issues, Duane Erb assured me that they would stick with us until the issues were resolved. And they did! They were always polite and made us feel that the issue was important to them. It took getting in touch with the manufacturer to come up with the solutions, but Erbs sent their technician to our home (an hour away) on three separate trips. It turns out it was an uncommon problem Erbs had never experienced before. We are grateful to Duane for standing by the product he sells and all the time he invested and expense he incurred in helping us get the issue resolved. If you need a stove, fireplace or grill, go to Erbs for reasonable prices and even better customer service. Shout out to our saleslady Katie and Marcus the technician. You were both great to deal with.
