Dr. Brown’s office is excellent. They remove any potential fear you may have and make the entire process less intimidating. Dr. Brown has always followed post- procedure to ensure there are no issues etc, further showing the wonderful level of care. Appreciate the whole team!

My first root canal and it went great, much easier and shorter than I had imagined. Dr. Brown and his assistant were both friendly and competent. A very professional and comfortable environment all around.

Had a root canal here a while back, and the experience was great (well, as good as it can be for a root canal lol)! The office was clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure (even gave me a blanket!) and were overall just the most pleasant people ever! Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know where I'm going!

The experience was so pleasant considering I was there to have a root canal evaluation. I ended up not needing one but Dr. Brown was very carrying. He made sure I knew what was happening the whole time and okay throughout the whole appointment. The support staff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

A visit to the oral surgeon is never enjoyable, but Dr. Brown and his staff made it comfortable and easy. Dr. Brown was able to give me a same day appointment at my convenience. The staff checked me in and quickly seated me for the procedure. Dr. Brown made the procedure easy and was attentive to my feelings and comfort. He explained the process and I was pleased with the results. Dr. Brown even called me personally the following to day to check on me.

I was very impressed with the level of care and compassion I experienced with Dr. Brown and his staff! No one wants to hear they need to have a root canal. This was my first (hopefully last) and had no idea what to expect. I also gave birth 6 weeks ago and my hormones were making me extra anxious.

I was referred to Eric by my dentist and truly felt I was in the best of hands. Thankfully, I was in no pain leading up to the procedure and had zero pain/discomfort once anesthesia wore off, but realize everyone’s situation is unique. I hope to not be at the office again (who wants more tooth troubles? !) but if I needed to be a returning patient, I’d be glad to return and trust the quality of his work - Thanks Dr. B!

Both the tech and the doctor were great. They explained everything in easy terminology so I could understand the process of a root canal. My dentist was able to call and get me in to see them within the week. Although downtown, it was super easy to get to and I parked across the street for just a few dollars. Dr Brown even called and checked in on me the next day. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go!

Outstanding service! Very kind and courteous staff! And they really put our minds at ease before the treatment and it was successful. Dr. Brown also took the time during the week to follow up with a phone call! On a side note, it was a really cool, technologically advanced dentist office.

Went in to Dr. Brown's office for a root canal that had to be done in two separate visits. Both times Dr. Brown and his staff were excellent! They were extremely welcoming and so personable, made me feel like I had been a patient in his office for years! The staff were also very professional! Dr.eric brown and his staff are incredible.i had trauma a few years back that required multiple root canal procedures on the lower teeth.i have been followed up with since then with annual x-rays and continue care.when i found out that they no longer were in network with my insurance i did not hesitate at all, this type of care is priceless.i have moved out of state and still return to him and his practice for any root canal related care.thank you Dr.brown and staff.

After hearing experiences from other people about root canals (not done by Eric Brown) so I was really nervous about getting mine done. However, Eric made the experience absolutely wonderful and very pleasant. Nothing like what I had heard from other people. If I ever need one again or I know anyone else that needs one, I’ll definitely be recommending him!
