Eric & Ruby Nails and Spa, Bellaire OH

The first time I went here, the male employee, after expressing I wasn’t completely happy with the turnout of my nails, told me “you can’t be so picky”. The next time I went, the female employee, was very unwelcoming. She then had me place my hands in boiling acetone (I’m aware of it having lower boiling point than water, but was still extremely hot) and only turned off the hot plate once I was noticeably uncomfortable. She then proceeded to drill my nails until I would pull away from it burning. On top of that, my nails came out very thick, but after my response from the last time I expressed concern, I didn’t even bother. Overall two uncomfortable experiences, I do not see myself returning.

I was a loyal customer of this business for over two years. Andy was the best and he no longer works there. I recently had one of those days where I did not make it to my appointment. I work in a prison and had to respond to a crisis leaving me unable to call. I explained how sorry I was that I had to cancel due to staying over at work. There was no human response just a “so you’re not making it to your appointment “ and a hang up. There was no, “ Do you need to reschedule? ” I will never use this business again. I take pride that I never cancel or cause issues. Thank you for not taking the time to put humanity in front of money.

First off let me start by saying that I love my nails this is the best set of nails I have had in a long time so with that being said this place does amazing nails very polite and not overly priced if u want a nice relaxing comfortable and some amazing nails then this is the place. I will be driving from New Martinsville West Virginia to Bellaire Ohio to get my nails done from now on. I'm thinking bout getting my toes done when I go back for a fill.
