USE ERICA HOWARD! If you’re not using Erica you’re not going to be able to get a loan as easily as you could. She makes everything so simple to take care on your end, she does the hard work. I’ve used Erica 3 times now for 3 different home loans and every single time it’s been a breeze for me. I would / will never use anyone else to help me. Love her!

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Buying a house for the first time is such a daunting thought, but Erica made the process as enjoyable as it can be. She went above and beyond what is expected and even with a tragic bump in our process, I knew that she would take care of me.
