After reading all the reviews, my husband and I decided to drive an hour and a half to buy a vehicle that had been on the market for two months. We were willing to negotiate the price and walk home with it. Not sure who the arrogant man working on Sundays is, but after dealing with him I don’t recommend this place to anyone. He was rude, didn’t offer to tell us anything about the car and just threw us the keys to test drive it without explaining anything about the vehicle. We liked it, but for some reason it had a slight rock to it and when we explained that to the guy, he acted like we were lying. It also had a broken fog light and it was a horrendous detail job inside and the cubby in the back had old food inside of it still from the previous owner. We found a car that was the exact same asking $1500 less so that’s what we were going to offer. The guy working didn’t even ask us what we’d offer, didn’t bother trying to make a deal or anything. So we wasted an hour and a half drive all because this guy was arrogant and a terrible car sales person. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

Go see Tyler Shatto! He’ll get you in something you like and way quicker than at a big name dealership. So glad to have gone to Erie Shores!

Went there to look at a ford truck they had, decided against buying! Tyler called me a couple days later and said he had a Ram I May like! Well there was a reason he wanted to sell it, after just 5 weeks of only driving a couple days a week the engine seized and the extended warranty he pushes fought paying! And they tell me the eco diesel engine is not available so 5 months later still no truck and still paying for it! Had to rent a truck to go to West Virginia and next week will need to rent a car to go to Buffalo! Buyer Beware!

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience. I came into look, but left with a new Nissan. Tyler was absolutely AMAZING and got me a great price that I could afford.
