Ernie's Bicycle Shop, North Canton OH

Before I went in to get my bike fixed I was very frustrated. My back tire was giving me major issues and I could barely ride it. After getting it fixed, I am very happy with the work that was done on it. It is now very comfortable and easy to ride. Special thanks to Reese

I’ve had my bike serviced here for years but most recently I was in search of clip in shoes for my new home spinning bike. The sales person spent quite some time with me showing me differences and then installed my new clips into my new shoes for me. Another great experience from a great local company!

Bob Hoff was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew I was from out of town and that I may not even purchase from that location but he took his time and offered great advice. I may eventually drive to his bike shop once I determine what bike I plan on purchasing.

Sold me a bike rack that is not approved for my car. They put it on (Incorrectly) and luckily the bikes made it home for storage over winter. Went to use the rack this summer and found that there is no way to properly or safely put this rack on my car. Went on the Saris website and it says there is not a single rack they sell that will work with my vehicle. Instruction booklet does not list my vehicle in their list. Glad I spent $100 to move my bikes 20 miles up the road. Guess I should have checked myself but figured Ernies would know what rack works with what vehicle.

A friendly atmosphere. Everyone I talked to at this was was very nice and and patient as I made up my mind. No complaints on prices either. I was happily surprised at how good of a value I got in a bike within my budget.
I did have to wait around a bit before I could talk to one of the staff. But in their defense, they were very busy on a Sunday. Can't recommend them enough personally. And cannot wait to get back to the shop.

Just dropped off a bike that I just purchased second hand. I wanted them to go over the entire bike and give it a thorough check. They told me that it would take 10 days for them to look at it because it’s their busy season. No big deal.

It only took them 6 days and they did the run through I asked for and didn’t try and sell me stuff. In fact multiple times I asked about things and they said that those things would last a long time. They even took time to adjust my front and rear suspension sag.

While I didn’t get this bike there I have bought 3 others there and they do all my service work. This company practices the utmost integrity and genuinely loves the cycling community. World class. Highly recommend for new bike purchases as well as service.

I really love this place but it is so far away from Canton City. I'll change this to a five star review as soon as there is a "Ernie's Bike Truck" once a week in downtown Canton.:)

Nice selection but I walked around for 15 minutes and not one person stopped to greet me are ask if they could help. I felt very unwelcomed

Ernie's is a great place to grab a bike for any rider level. Specializing in Trek and Giant brands there are tons of bikes to choose from and they are all excellent quality. The best part is the staff are super knowledgable and will get you fitted for the best bike for you.

The employees at Ernie's Bicycle Shop are very knowledgeable and polite. I'm very happy with the services they provided to the 2 bicycles I took in for turn ups. They are reasonably priced also.

Went in for a blown tube, got it fixed quickly while I looked at bikes. Prices seemed reasonable and the guy was helpful, polite and got me in and out.couldn't ask for anything more

The girl who helped us was just that - quite helpful. We left with a used bike that was in great condition for our son and really felt we were in good hands while looking. Great experience. Would recommend and will be back when he outgrows this one:)

These guys are great. I purchased my Specialized from them back in 2011 and have had several brake issues. The Ernie’s team has gone to bat on my behalf to get the respective brake companies to replace their defective products at no charge in 2013 and again in 2018. Buy local, as these guys will take care of in the long run!

Ernie's Bike Shops are clean and their work is dependable. They carry a great selection of Hammer Nutrition products and I always find them very helpful. They also have Hammer informational packets that really help to know what is available and how and when to use each supplement. Their Gels, Endurolytes, and Recoverite are particularly helpful.
Ernies services my bike and is always dead on with what they do. I'm a semi-pro athlete and bicyclist who depends on exceptional work so I can keep moving consistently.

Great locally owned bike shop! Friendly and helpful staff. We get our bikes tuned up at Ernie's every year, great service.

Great experience at Ernie’s! I went in looking for shoes and pedals for my spin bike to help my workouts. Ryan was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I will definitely be back!
