Best place to research e-bikes. They took time to answer all my questions and make sure I selected the right bike for my needs. Now when I’m ready to purchase all the big decisions have been made.

I got my first bike from this shop back in the late 1980s. Yeah. They have been around that long. I have purchased many bikes there since. Amazing place all these years later. I can't believe I am in my 40s lol. Anyway, great bike shop, good service work as well.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help out regardless of were you purchased from, but would highly recommend checking out what they have to offer.

We decided to come to this shop because of all the positive reviews and word of mouth. They did not disappoint! They did a small repair on my bike tire and showed us how to do the work ourselves in the future. We are relatively new to biking and are looking to get into mountain biking. They helped my husband pick out an affordable model that will get us started on our off road journey. When they time comes for me to upgrade we will be back! All the staff members we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!

Recently had a fantastic experience with Foster at Ernies Bike shop on new years eve. My mom has been looking for a trek bike for about 8 months. We have tried local bike shops near us (Lake county) but no luck with all the shortages lately and they give us the run around and say we are on a "list". I called Ernies since it showed they had one in stock and reserved it right over the phone without any issues.went about a week later to pick it up and the customer service was exceptional.we drove about an hour and 15 minutes and when we arrived we were greeted by Foster. He brought the bike up and did a test fitting.turns out our local bike store told us the wrong size and Foster quickly told us that he suggests a different size. THANKFULLY they had the same bike in the next size up which is a miracle. The point I want to make is Foster wanted to make sure we bought the correct bike, he could have rang us up and sent us on our way with the wrong size bike but thankfully he clearly has morals and ethics and made sure to get the correct size. From there he set up a test ride and went into great detail about the mechanics.working in a customer facing retail environment i was blown away by our experience. Definitely would recommend the drive.

For 3 years now I have gotten my Christmas tree here, beautiful selection. They even delivered it for me, for free. So great full for the kindness.

Ernie's is always helpful. They are willing to create parts when they can't find one. We have bought several bicycles there and will do so again when the time comes.

Best bike shop around! Without a doubt the best customer service not only of a bike shop but any retailer I have dealt with in recent years.

My kids and i went canoeing and kayaking. When we were done with are trip and was coming in at the end there was no one there to provide assistant with our boats. It was frustrating this was my kids first time and there was a ton of people by the life jackets which was embarrassing while my children and i struggled to try to get the boats in by ourselves. Very disappointed.

We buy all our bikes here. Also get them serviced once a year. They are good, friendly and honest people.

This bike shop was simply amazing! We had an incident where our ebike display screen shattered on a camping trip across country. We were in town for only a few days and Molly ordered the part for us even though it was unclear if we would still be around in time to have the display installed. Everyone in the shop was so kind and went above and beyond. I even received a call from the shop’s owner on his day off. 10/10 in my book! Thank you so very much!
