Dr. Su was amazing with my son who tends to have anxiety at the doctor's office. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My son enjoyed the dentist and loved the gift bag of items at the end.

Dr. Su and his staff are awesome! They are so good with kids. They the experience fun instead of scary for little ones.

You deserve no stars for the way you treated my niece and nephew.

Absolutely terrible experience with Dr Su during a procedure for my child. Due to total lack of communication and unprofessionalism by Dr Su my children will never return and hopefully you will think again about choosing his office for your children. During the procedure Dr Su decided to not provide my child with “The Needle” or numbing shot and opted to try just the nitrous oxide. When my child began having discomfort and became quite afraid because he was not communicating what he was doing and what to expect. (I.e. You’re going to hear this sound or you’re going to feel some coldness now) None of this was communicated and instead Dr Su quickly became impatient and frustrated and at one point was in my child’s face and raising his voice saying “There is no need to fuss you are just making this take longer! ” and even at one point forcefully sitting back in his chair and throwing his hands in the air and complaining “I just can’t do this - I’m not going to be able to get this done! ” During this time he took the mouth guard out and my child was able to speak clearly and said I want my daddy! And Dr Su responded forcefully in a rude condescending tone and said “Your dad is right here he didn’t go anywhere so there is no reason for you to fuss and act like that. After informing him he does not get to speak to my child that way He decided to try again and was so rough and forceful causing significant pain. During this time my child was so scared I could see their bottom lip quivering as tears ran down their face and they gripped my hand as tight as they could. Between the pain and fear my child began having increased secretions in the back of their mouth that I could hear them gurgling while the assistant simply continued spraying more water and left the suction device right at the tip of my child’s mouth. I had to ask her to suction the back of the mouth and she still didn’t. What an awful experience we had with Dr Su and his staff. To think he originally stated I couldn’t be in the room for the procedure - if he treated my child that way in front of me I can’t even begin to imagine what he’s doing to them behind closed doors. Once we were out of the office my child explained to me how they could feel all the secretions and thought they were going to choke to death. Please watch your children closely at this facility- only you can advocate for them!

He treated my 7 year old daughter so bad and yelled at her when she was scared. He also threatened to quit at one point in the procedure. Very impatient and unprofessional.

First time with Dr. Su and it was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and Dr. Su took extra time to answer all my questions. We were in and out quickly and kids came out smiling:)

Dr. Su is hands down the best pediatric dentist in the state! (If not the country!) My son was only 1 1/2 yrs old when he was starting to get to tooth decay On his top front for teeth. Partially due to an Enamel issues and mostly due to having a bottle at night which I was completely uneducated about (TOTALLY MY FAULT) I went to the most recommended dentist for pediatrics in the area and he was extremely insensitive and wanted to pull my sons front four teeth! He looked at me like I was an alien when I started to sob like a baby! Luckily I was shameless enough to talk to a few friends about what was going on and I was referred to Dr. Su! Thank goodness! He was sensitive, gentle and honest with me. More importantly he saved my sons front four teeth! When every other specialist said it was impossible and a waste of money. I will never, ever take my son anywhere else! Also I will always take every opportunity available to share how amazing I think that he and his staff are! They were all extremely sweet and understanding… They knew I was already beating myself up bad enough! Do you yourself a favor and don’t look any further! -Marti and Lincoln

Excellent experience for my 4 year old! Everyone in the office is amazingly kind and comforting, and they worked quickly!

Absolutely the best pediatric dentist! I brought my 4yr old son to have an eval done and he did fantastic everyone was so nice and helpful from the time we walked in until the time we left! So glad to have found such a good practice! Dr. Su did so wonderful with my son! Being a nurse myself I was so pleased!

They were able to get us in same day and everyone in the office was so welcoming. Plus my son loved all the Mickey Mouse decorations on the wall and the little gift bag they gave to him! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous place. I am so glad I found this office. I trust their ability to take care of my daughter. I think the staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice honestly. Thank you for being so kind especially during this insanity that’s going around right now

Our 5 year old son needs some extensive work on his teeth due to acid reflux. We went to Dr. Su for a second opinion and I’m so relieved we did! Another local dentist’s plan was much more invasive. Dr. Su is able to provide our son the care he needs with a more modest, gentle approach. Our little guy tends to be anxious but he was comfortable the entire time! Wonderful doctor and staff!

From time in the door until time out the door, everyone was super friendly and attentive. A different local office wanted to pull my son's front teeth from when he fell and damaged them but Dr. Su said it was not necessary, especially because they are baby teeth.

Dr. Su is awesome! He is great with my kids, lightning fast on procedures, but takes his time talking with me, and actually discourages unnecessary procedures. (He patiently waited two years for my son’s last baby tooth to come out, at age 14 lol, rather than charge me for an extraction that our previous dentist was pushing for!) He has the latest water-laser equipment so there’s no fear of getting shots and drilled. Tired of looking for a great dentist who isn't going to rip you off? Go see Dr Su!

We went to this dentist office for a second opinion. I was so impressed by the experience will be switching permanently! Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist himself were amazing and kind! I felt we were very well taken care of even during the covid crisis! Dr. Su even took the time to get to know us on a personal level which establishes trust.

Thanks to the entire staff for always making my son’s dental appointments a positive experience! I appreciate the patience you have with him at each visit to make sure that he is comfortable.

I love Dr. Su and his staff. I only wish he was a family dentist and could see us all. My kids have an amazing experience every time, despite having some dental issues. I refer everyone I know with young children to his office.

Staff was super friendly from the minute we walked in the door right through the appointment all the way up to the time we left. Our child actually had fun at the dentist. Three hours after leaving the dentist our child stated he wanted to go back to the dentist. Dr. Su and his staff are amazing!

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Su more. We (and more importantly my child) had a fantastic experience. We initially went to Canton Pediatric Dental Center because we had no other recommendations and they accepted our insurance. We had a very negative experience there when the dentist said our only option was to remove one of my 4 year olds two front teeth. We went to Dr. Su the next day for a second opinion and he told us that not only could he save the tooth, but that extraction was unnecessary.

He and his entire staff were fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. After being in the office it is very apparent that Dr. Su is a very busy man, but he took the time to tell us what was going on with our child and how he could help us. Five minutes of his time is a small gesture but it meant the world to two worried parents, and it definitely made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. Unlike our experience at the other office I never felt like I was being hustled or “sold” to.

Less than a 15 minute procedure saved my child’s smile (and self esteem)! I challenge anyone to identify which of the two upper front teeth was gray and dying before Dr. Su worked his magic!
