E's Put-in-Bay Golf Carts

Great vehicles, easy access, reasonable price, pickup and ride to and from ferry dock for handicapped people and people with disabilities.

I was told I'd get a $5.00 senior discount by someone that works there but never did. So no integrity at this place. There are lots of places on the island to rent golf carts pick one of those, hopefully you won't get lied to. E's cart I won't use you guys anymore.

Overall, we had a good experience. There were 3 teenagers working when we arrived and they seemed more interested in throwing stuff at each other than working with customers. We loved Dave Chappelle and he was most helpful in touring the island, however he was pretty tired and kind of lagging by the end of the day. We will return to E's and hopefully meet another celebrity to show us around!

Excellent service, very quick at both pickup and drop off! The fuel gauge wasn't working and the carts definitely have seen better days, but at the end of the day, they did the job just fine!

Our "go to" for a day on the island- combo reservation for Miller ferry and cart-everything done online for quick check in-clean, fun named carts and offers 4,6 and 8 seat carts. Very accomodating and friendly help.thank you!

A short distance from the Miller Ferry. The staff were very friendly. The off season price for a 4 person cart was only $10/hour. We returned our cart short of a full hour and I was pleasantly surprised that they prorated our time instead of charging for a full hour. E's will be our rental choice on future visits!

My experience with E's was very good. We rented two 4-person carts for 9/17/2022, which was a Saturday. They are about as close to the Miller Ferry dock as you can get. The check-in line "seemed" long at first, but there were four employees doing check-ins, so the process went pretty quickly, maybe 10 minutes. I did follow their directions and filled out most of the information on-line before showing up to pick up the golf carts, so there were just a few things to sign before we were on the road. The golf carts were in good shape (I do real golf 4 times a week, I'm retired, so I should know a good golf cart from one that's not so good). Returning the cart was super smooth too, no issues at all. Definitely a do-over for us.

They have carseats for babies if needed, nice golf carts and clean. Make sure you check and adjust carseats though, an employee buckled mine but didn't tighten it at all and it would have fell out on the first turn if I hadn't tightened it myself

We were grateful to find a spot near the ferry that rented by the hour, and at a super reasonable rate at that. No wait and although there was a rate when we returned, they did our return without wait. We had a fun experience cruising the island!
My only suggestion would be to ask renters if they need a quick how-to prior to sending them off on the road.

Our first ever visit to PIB.
Company was easy to deal with, close to the island's south port, and very quick turnaround. Mind you, this was a Thursday morning @ 9am so the weekend rush hadn't begun.but we came off the Miller ferry, walked straight up the hill to the rental kiosk, signed/dated twice, and was rolling down the road in about 3 minutes time. Prepaid online reservations are the way to go!
Some reviewers complain about the carts being slow, but these aren't go karts we're racing, folks.it's cheap, convenient, and temporary island transportation. So dont go in expecting a Porsche when you're getting a Pontiac and your expectations will be met. The carts do their job, and so did the rental agency.we'll surely use E's again.

Lightning fast check-in (prepaid online) and drop-off was a breeze. We love the cart nicknames! Although our 6-person rental was the "Mother of Dragons", it wasn't very fast. But got the job done. Will be back for sure!

Got a old junkie cart. Smelled really bad and fuel gage was either broken or they barely put any gas in it before giving it to us. We were worried it was going to die on us any minute. It kept wanting to stop and made extremely loud backfire noise multiple times that scared me and made our ears ring. Parking break didn't want to work, my husband had to kick it really hard many times to put it on parking or it won't work period. We paid almost $130 dollars but wasn't worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

Reserved online a 6 passenger cart. Excellent customer service with pick up abs return. John Cena is very slow.people walked faster than we were going.

We rented an 8 person gold cart, the process was easy and so so fast! The closest rental to the ferry and literally took 1 min to pickup/drop off.
I also saw them take a group of older women down to the ferry after they dropped of their rental, which is above and beyond their duty!

Reserved online. Was a quick pick up/return process! Location is wonderful, right by the entrance of the Miller Ferry. Had a 6 seater golf cart ran great with all of us on it. Would highly recommend

Easy access from the Miller ferry, easy sign up, and a good solid FAST golf cart. My fiancée & I were passing other golf carts all day because ours was so much faster! We reserved our cart online, so we were able to pick up our cart much later in the day after they were all sold out. I signed the necessary paperwork online, so basically all we had to do was pick up a key and then give it back at the end. Easiest golf cart rental experience I have enjoyed on the islands!

If you're going to Put in Bay for the day, this is the place to get a golf cart. It's easy to reserve online, and when you get there, check in takes about a minute as long as there's no line. Yesterday, we had an issue with our cart leaking gasoline about an hour after picking up. I called and had a new cart within 15 minutes, which was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and made sure our day of fun kept on rolling. Highly recommend!

I don’t leave reviews often but I appreciate convenience! Right off the Miller Ferry, booked online, completed paperwork online AND was able to add a car seat at no additional charge! Super quick and easy!
