Guys! Do not go here! Literally the worst customer service, dirty tools and work stations. The one skinny little guy cut my friends finger and wiped the blood away with HIS ungloved finger and proceeded to work on her. My nails have all but just a few broke and tore my nails OFF! IVE LITERALLY NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE! Its been over a month and they wont come off without tearing my actual nail and quicks underneath.yes even with acetone and foil. Idnk how they manage to continue this business. This isnt even all of the issuesmy friend and I experienced here, this is all that my sore fingers can type! Theyve hurt my feelings and my nails and I immediately regret ever going in.

My husband booked appointments for us in advance for today at 12: 00. We got here and they are closed. We never received a phone call to cancel. Very unprofessional.

They didn't do at all what I asked for and insisted do what he wanted. Worst experience and set of nails would give them no stars if I could. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Younger guy was very rude and wouldn’t speak to me. And I was told I could have 2 colors done and he would only do one. I felt as if he was rushing and a couple of my nails are crooked. Would not recommend. Unless they restaff.

The worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I had them done yesterday and they are already chipping. The man used dirty tools and was rude the entire time. He was disgusting he would wipe his nose and then touch my hands. I asked for rounded nails and he shaped them into points. He gave me a basket of the nail color options and it had half the options in it and when I couldn’t find the color I wanted immediately from the basket he went and got others and threw them in the basket in my face. It was $48 but was worth about $5.

I was just there not even 3 days ago to get my nails done for my last homecoming and she didn’t do what I asked, the color was way off of what I wanted, paint is basically off of them and I called to see if they could fix them and I was told no so I don’t recommend going there and I won’t be going back!

I should of known when another customer came in to get her pedicure fixed from the day prior because her gel peeled off that I was going to have issues. My pedicure looks awful literally painted my toe not just my nail it’s been lifting and peeling since i got it. I also got dip nails which are lifting on some nails. Now on a different nail there is something brown growing between my natural nail and the dip. Thank goodness i got french tips and can see it so i can get them taken off asap before it makes me sick. 100% reporting it to the health department. Not sure if it’s unclean tools or unprofessional techniques used while doing nails, but at this rate all their customers are probably leaving unsatisfied and probably going to cause them to get sick as well.

I wanted to get dip powder for the first time and this place was recommended to me. So, I gave it a try. Not even 24 hours and I've got chips, uneven parts and spaces and I'm very unhappy with the outcome. They weren't busy so that was not a problem of having to get to other clients. I just would not recommend them especially for something this simple.

Very rude n when I asked for something to be fixed I wasn't happy he got aggressive and they all jumped on me and wouldn't agree customer is right.don't recommend at all

Went yesterday to get my nails done and I would not recommend. The staff is not friendly nor welcoming. The man who did my nails was very aggressive and cut me multiple times. My fingers are still sore. He didn’t paint them how I wanted and nails are lumpy. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere!

So bad. Not super friendly staff to begin with, the woman that did my nails was pretty short, borderline just rude. The nails were lifting and coming off by the third morning was charged 65 plus tip for a really poor job. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend it.

One star is too many. The person who worked on my nails kept touching his nose and phone and touch my hands. Never sanitized them or wore gloves! He was coughing and sneezing too and without a mask! He cut me and when I pointed it out he just looked at the finger and kept going even though it kept bleeding. On top of that the finish was poor and I had nail-polish all around my finger nail. Don't recommend going, it's a waste!

Wife didn't like this place she said the equipment was nasty and didn't get her nails done.

This place is bad.the mail pallets do not match what u actually get.the ring finger was not supposed to be see through at all! Do not recommend

Not a welcoming bunch, customer coming appears to be a burden to them. I've been there twice The first time though my nails were not perfect they weren't horrible either however the customer service was all but non-existent. Second time was horrible it was like he was angry he was rushed out and he was aggressive and how he did my nails I have never had such an uncomfortable at times painful experience paid that kind of money and ended up with the worst set of nails I've ever not only gotten but I've never seen anything turn out like mine yet it was horrible
