Esporta Fitness, Symmes OH

LA Fitness closed and it became Esporta. Equipments and facilities are getting old. The new layout puts the group fitness area close to the entrance. Very odd.

Lady at front desk was awesome. She had me checked in by the time I reached the desk.

I ended up prepaying for a membership, and got month to month personal training sessions. I was told when signing the contract if I moved outside of so many miles then I would be able to cancel the contract without any penalties. I lost my job, and moved to Arkansas to live with family. I contacted them on the 15th of March, and let then know I moved to Arkansas outside of the radius. They said they can cancel my gym membership since it was prepaid. They can't cancel my personal training sessions because it was month to month. I had to come in person or do it online, and have a utility bill (the utilities will not be switched over since I am a guest) in order to show proof I moved. The website they sent needed my membership number which I didn't have because things are in storage because of the move. I tried to contact their Corporate offices and they still haven't refunded my personal membership that I prepaid, or canceled my personal training sessions. They charged me on the 15th of March and are continuing to try to bill me because it seems they only care about profits. Not their members. My experience shows it is super hard to cancel, and I don't want anyone that has unforseen circumstances to be in this position. I highly recommend a company like planet fitness so you can go month to month with their membership. Then get on thumbtack or another site to find a personal trainer. Then you don't have to be in this position!

Harpers pointe LA fitness is the best in the Cincinnati area. Clean, never too crowded, great layout and spacing of equipment. Multiples of all the equipment is great!

Hot tub jets are ok, hot tub temp is just above bath water for my kid. Place is clean and everyone is friendly though!

LA Fitness a great place to workout. First I want to say thank you to Tierra for being so helpful. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service you presented. I also want to give a shout out to the people working out at the gym. This place looked like it was owned by the people who workout there. The place was clean, the weights were stacked neatly and people even re-racked their weights and plates when they were done.
The bathroom was spotless and the shower area was spotless as well. The people working out there were cool as well, asking if you were using something before they took it.
I would suggest you visit this gym if you are looking for a place to join. I believe you will very impressed for the value and quality environment of this workout facility.

Couldn't be a better place to workout. Its an investment but the personal treainers (Dylan) is out of this world. I've dropped 10 LBS in my first 30 days. Great focus on diet nutrition and excelcies. Support this local business.

Staff was friendly, place was clean. Don't take the free assessment unless you want a hard sell on personal training.

The place is dirty the paper towel dispensers are empty. Just a big let down really especially with Covid-19

For the price of the gym and all that it offers, it is the second best gym I've been to. Having amenities like a sauna and a lap pool and a wide range of exercise classes offered, I feel quite comfortable being here even in the middle of a pandemic with how frequently surfaces are being cleaned and the capacity the club is running at. Signed up and paid for 18 months in advance. I went for four weeks before covid, when I asked for a refund they gave me back 302.00 of my 512.00. Rip off

My go to gym, this is one of the best equipped gyms in Ohio with a pool a running track. I go have my PT sessions here with Jenny and I’m crushing my personal goals!

Management was very accommodating to me - especially being pregnant and wanting to find a nice place to swim!

The hours at these LA Fitness are extremely annoying. Weekends are 8-5. They do not cater to early risers or late arrivals. It might as well be a 9-5 gym.
