My friends and I did a Friday evening sound bath for my birthday. The office is beautiful and welcoming and the sound bath was incredible! Kristin does an amazing job of creating a peaceful relaxing space. The sound bath left me feeling peaceful and my body was very relaxed. I had the best nights sleep afterwards. I highly recommend the sound bath for an individual or for a fun evening out with a group of friends!
