Toured the building and apartment, clean and updated. You can tell they care about the property.

The location is great! This is the best location. You can walk everywhere and around the neighborhood. The VAD is close, schools are great and it’s wonderful for families. I like the golf course view but would prefer a kitchen with a window and to eat in the kitchen. We have great neighbors.

Very cozy apartments with helpful and amazing staff willing to make you as comfortable as they possibly can and beautiful around the holidays.

Happy living here, it's quiet for the most part. Present management does a great job and many positive changes have taken place. For example the outdoor area in the back. New cleaning service and carpets cleaned which improve things. Laundry room is in bad shape but currently waiting on new machines. Machines are older but have been cleaned. Break downs happen frequently. Overall im happy living here, neighbors are ddcent.

Management does it's best to attract people to live and stay here. Love the location, easy to get everywhere. Second floor is pretty darn quiet. Peaceful and quiet. Management is making every effort to keep and raise the standards of the building. Maintenance needs at least 3 maybe 4 staff to help maintain the building and make necessary repairs.

I love the big windows and amount of sunlight that comes into the unit. I love the care the building is getting with the new management. The people in the building are very friendly, it’s a very comfortable building to live in.
