Had an expensive pressure washer delivered from Home Depot. Box/skid was torn up.skid had disintegrated. Driver started texting me.trouble finding my address.very agitated and confused. He was upset and when he finally parked.a half block away.he didn't want me to inspect item before accepting delivery.he was very unprofessional, agitated, incoherent, confused.and to my mind seemed high on drugs. Never ever use this company

Great service. Picked up my single pallet at their center and they had it loaded within 5 minutes of being there.

Horrible customer service. Have been waiting over a week to be contacted about a residential delivery. Sent an email inquiry on Wednesday afternoon. Called the Cincinnati SC Thursday morning when I was told it was transferred to a partner carrier for residential service and they would be calling to schedule the delivery. Then shortly after noon, received an email stating delivery was scheduled for next Monday by 5PM per customer request. I never spoke to anyone to schedule the delivery. My only hope is that my freight will not be torn up, but my hopes are not too high.

Estes is a fantastic, dependable LTL carrier that our Logistics company has grown to know and trust with our clients' shipments! Highly recommend.

Poor communication with the people who actually deliver your item. Updated the phone number with estes but did not get updated for the people who actually delivered. Good thing I was home. Home depot should not use this company to deliver items

Bought flooring from Home Depot and Estes was supposed to deliver it on a Thursday. They lost the package and found it in Massachusetts. Estes then said it would be sometime the next week it.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. SHIPPERS TAKE NOTE! You will lose customers if you continue to use Estes. People buy quality items from you, don’t use some 0 star incompetent carrier to transport and hide our thousands of dollars worth of goods. I am fn mad about this whole situation, I have missed 3 days of work and lost revenue for my business (so far, still not delivered). My Freight shipment is over a week late. They missed there original delivery date and all other appointment dates. They won’t disclose what terminal MY freight is even at so picking it up isn’t even an option (sounds like grand theft). This company doesn’t make broken promises, they straight up lie to your face. Same runaround every time you call. Everybody save themselves the headache and use another carrier.

My son was recently hired at by your West Chester Ohio location. My husband has been a driver since 1991. He told my son of your company's reputation. Everything he knew of your company was positive and he highly respects your company in many ways. My son is being trained to be a driver. He had never been at terminal or on the dock and he has never been more excited about having a place he can work at for long time. I know how hard it is especially in trucking how little respect a company gets. So Thank You so much for living up to your reputation! Hope this helps you feel good about doing a good job.

Worst customer service ever. Do not deal with them. They will not send you a bill or help you out over the phone. Thet will send you to collections so you don't get your discounts. I have talked with them several times to get a correct bill and they would not send me one. Worst fn company ever.

The driver was very rude, & just sit the box in the yard on skid, I had to get rid of myself. Very unprofessional

If there was an option for negative stars I would give it to warn others.
Item shipped from Indianapolis, 2.5 hrs from us in Cincinnati. Item shipped 06/29. I received 1/2 mine 1/2 someone else’s order that I refused aka sent back, on 07/03. This is after pushing the west Chester depot HARD, and escalating this and multiple days of phone calls, to even get that 1/2.
So now it is 07/10 and they “transferred” my package that they lost for days, to a Kentucky depot, after telling me Monday it will be delivered to my house Wednesday 07/10.
So.not only do they deliver late, and partial, but they straight up lie to you EVERYTIME you speak to the depot (west Chester, specifically) Then they will lose your order like it is nothing. Well what the heck? I want my THOUSANDS of dollar shipment 1/2 of which is lost to the wind evidently, and untraceable due to them “re-routing” and changing PRO numbers.

I ordered fireworks for labor day and got a call to schedule delivery. They can only deliver 10 am to 5 PM m-f they tell me. So I take off work Friday and I thought maybe I should call to get a delivery time so they don't knock while I'm in the shower. I call and they say it's not on a truck it won't be delivered today. So I say I have to have them by Sunday can I come get them. They don't know they'll have a manager call me. I call back an hour later same story. Call back an hour later on my way to the facility that's 40 miles away manager says don't come after I've crossed 3 counties and a state line. Get here no one has even looked. Worst company ever! Im still suppose to be at home waiting on them.

Own a small business in Cincinnati and I work out of my home in Cincinnati - Ordered a shipment out of California and they (not me) used Estes Express Freight - Shipment got into Cincinnati on Saturday so I called them today (Monday) to schedule delivery - Was told because they needed a liftgate (which was on the label) they were transferring the shipment to their Florence, Ky terminal because they have the liftgate trucks - When I asked for the phone number for the Florence, Ky terminal they refused to give it to me - I then asked that someone from the Florence, ky terminal call me but that never happened - So lets get this straight - My shipment is in Cincinnati and I live in Cincinnati but because they don't have a liftgate the are sending it out of state - Are you freaking crazy - If you do you research on this company they have awful awful reviews all over the country - They deserve 0 stars
Part: 2 Estes Express showed up to my house with no appointment made - Did not call ahead or anything - When I asked for their supervisor's name and phone number they would not provide one - Said they were new - Plain white box truck with no name on it - If you are looking for the worse possible freight company look no further - They live up to 0 star rating

Blatantly lied and said the driver couldn’t get a hold of me. When I called them out, they backtracked and said the shipper failed to tell them they needed a liftgate. I spoke with a supervisor after an hour and he confirmed they failed to correctly read the ticket the clearly stated liftgate. I was assured the delivery would be here the next morning at 9am because i have a crew of workers ready to go. It’s almost 10 and nowhere to be found. Do not use this company who’s culture clearly advocates lying to customers or shifting blame is better than admitting to a mistake.

Based on others reviews, this company has a history of being very shady and lying. There is no reason to use these guys.

TERRIBLE experience with this company. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. We have been waiting on a delivery for four weeks now that we have received multiple phone calls about with delivery dates and as of today we still do not have our grandkids Christmas present delivered. As of today, 12/20/18, my husband spoke to an individual at the residential delivery provider and he made my husband aware that this product was not in good shape with multiple boxes damaged upon delivery to their site and being wrapped in plastic wrap. Thank goodness Lowe's is standing behind our purchase and is going to help with this, but our grandchildren will not have their gift by Christmas, which is less than acceptable and very sad since we started in plenty of time. Shame on you Estes Trucking.

Terrible customer service. Our package has been sitting at the hub 10 miles from our house since December 3rd, They keep saying it will be delivered tomorrow. We paid $350 in delivery fees for this company to store it in a trailer and lie to us each day about when it will be delivered.it is now December 18th and still no package or resolution. Whatever you do DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH ESTES! Oh and Estes before you give me the same lame response as every other review on here, We have already sent our PRO numbers in multiple times and still no help.
