Too much group time that is so repetitive. We are addicts, not stupid. I finished the program but failed a month later. Give the people what they need, open honest discussion. I've thought about going back, is it better now, or the same?

Nice place but they really do t care. Right hand doesn’t know what left is going…. No ccodination of services at all. Friendly but very ineffective for addiction issues and don’t care! Would not recommend……. Not worth time and effort! Don’t let the cleanliness and newness fool you!

I went here a few years ago and it was by far one of the best treatment centers I had been to, good food, stuff to drink all day, coffee in the morning sugar etc.plenty of television rooms. Now all the good staff has gone. Your lucky to get a cup of coffee in the morning, their is no juice, just water all day, the med line is a 2 hour wait. They pretty much lost all the staff and amenities that made it a good treatment facility in the first place. The old owner has since opened his own place and I would suggest going there

I was a social worker at this facility for six months. It began ok but the CEO and clinical director were bullies. Ceo gave employees who performed well the silent treatment while clinical director would yell, attempted to put her hands in my face, and accused me of dating a client bc a tech called my cell phone to allow him to say goodbye, they were angry bc I called a family member to pick up a client in a wheelchair who lived 3 hours away, and put unqualified people in clinical positions. After I quit the clinical director called yelling, screaming and threatening me. I told her do not ever call me again and I hung up on her. They also discriminated against clients who had Medicaid. RUN FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE!

This place is beautiful, Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Very friendly environment and the food made by the chef is amazing.
Yoga and the gym were nice to have in recovery as well as music therapy.
Most places for recovery in Cleveland suck but this place is amazing

Personally. I felt very cared for and taken care of once I got over to PHP. The detox and residential side was honestly unbearable I almost left. But I enjoyed the company of the techs and my counselors and nurses honestly saved my life. As for afterwards I've been waiting for my ROI for a MONTH

I have been calling this place for the past 3 days to get my girlfriend my new phone number and nobody's answering the phone. This is ridiculous

You're in group from 7am to 8pm. I never had time to just decompress and actually think about things. In class so much,
they often repeated the same things over and over I often"tuned out" due to repetitiveness. Also, I really need one on one therapy I didn't get it. Barley could use the phone and tecs were on power trips. Instead of making recovery happy.

Do not send anyone you care about there! Sent a family member there. They accepted the family member knowing his medical issues, but released him 3 to 4 days later for medical reasons saying they can't deal with his medical issues. Now, the family member who wanted help is on the streets possibly drinking again. They also never answered their phones. They should be shut down for their poor care and misadvertisement of tending to people's needs while there. Absolutely disgusting actions from a facility that is supposed to help heal.

This place treats their staff horribly while ignoring all of the state guide lines. The state of Ohio had no right and has no experience turning these matters over to private care centers that have not one clue what they are doing. It’s very dangerous place to be with no back up from police. There is no one minding the store. Shame on the state of Ohio for this joke of a program. This is not taking addiction seriously.
