Ethos Lebanon Ohio Cannabis Dispensary - (formerly About Wellness Ohio)

Poor customer service. Not a reliable dispensary. They will tell you a pick up time then not honor it or be closed. I advise to go to Monroe, ohio dispensaries. Terrible customer service. Girl at window with multiple hair colors is very rude, disrespectful and should not be at the window.

They gave me a 10am appointment and then put a sign on the door saying they won't open til 1030 because of a meeting. Totally unacceptable. Unprofessional.

Stopped in Saturday afternoon and saw Dakota, Kieran, Keegan and Connor! Some of my faves! This is my go to store every single time. They have the process down and there is very rarely a wait. Online ordering is so easy and it’s convenient to go in, check in and be out within minutes. They are always friendly, conversational and helpful. See you guys soon! Thank you for being there!

This was the first dispensary I started going to about 8 months ago and at first I liked it, while I agree with some others that gave reviews saying they're not always the most approachable feeling or helpful, overall I liked them. Over time and after experiencing better service at other dispensaries I took a break from ethos and we placed our first order yesterday in a while for pick up at 6 pm last night, we got there, waited outside in the cold and right before 6 pm (they close at 7pm) they told us we won't be able to pick our order up until tomorrow.now it's 12 pm the next day (Tomorrow) and I still don't know if my order is ready, I can't get anyone on the phone and can't get any info at all. This is now the poorest dispensary I have ever been to with the worst service and unfortunately I can't recommend them to anyone again they need a refresher on how to run their dispensary successfully and have good service. All of the items I bought were on sale but I'd rather spend the extra $60 I would have saved elsewhere and atleast be able to get my product that day, very counter intuitive and worst experience by far.

Placed an order at 2 pm on December 29th for pick up at 6 pm. Got to the dispensary around 6, stood in line for 20 minutes only to be told they weren't taking anymore customers. This is terrible business practice. If they couldn't serve people they shouldn't have kept taking orders. Or they should have contacted people and let them know not to drive over.

This is a good dispensary but if your looking for recreational dispensary check out best buds depot in Dayton they are the only dispensary in Ohio already selling recreational marijuana

The people working here get 5 stars. However when there are lines and busy there is no system to prevent lots of people standing for long periods of time in bad weather.many places have a system where you can text here and then they will text you it's OK to come in. Much nicer to be able to stay in care and avoiding standing standing standing in all kinds of bad weather plus that is my disability, unable to stand and wait.

I have visited twice. Friendly, helpful, experienced, and fast. What more does one need? 5 stars. I would have given 6 stars if they offered curb side.

Good service with freindly staff. Check in wheh you walk in so you know your order status and if you will be getting served. They make sure each patient is actaully greeted and set up. Favorite dispo after years of shopping around cincinnati

This dispensary is by far my favorite place to go! Everyone is super helpful and I always enjoy the small conversations I have with anyone working! I always leave here satisfied with my orders!

I came in and got help asap, they helped me choose the right product, I already have a few favorites one of them is kristie pacak, she’s fantastic I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. The whole team is AMAZING thank you all. Everyone deserves a raise!

Just got my card and I absolutely love ethos! I recently purchased the disposable pen and it's so perfect! Easy to use and makes me feel incredible. Highly recommend!

Came into the dispensary and had a very pleasant experience. Chris, the guy that checked me in, super cool and helpful. As my first time there as my friends caregiver. Jesse helped me in the back with info on different products and brands. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is the best by far. I am new to the cannabis industry and I decided to call before going in. The gentleman named Dom was so kind and patient with my questions and explained the entire process for a new patient and made me confident before I have even went in yet. They have a good selection and a great menu. I cannot wait for my first visit
