They failed terribly on follow through. I ask for an assessment and estimate. The guy came out did his job, said I hear from the office about estimate. I had to call them four times and kept being told, the owner does the estimates and wasn't in at the time. He never returned my call. I finally got help from another company. Baddd form guys! ; (

We needed some outlets changed in our house so we called them to come out and do an estimate. After they came out and did the evaluation they never called us back. We tried to call but no answer. Guess they didn’t want our business. Complete waste of time.

Worked with me on running new lines for outlets in my garage, out to my new shed, new lines for our new patio and new lines for our new hot tub. The guys were great to work with. Very professional and got the work done. Went above and beyond getting some of this done, as I was suppose to have some of it pre-ran and setup prior to them starting but didn't finish it all. The jumped from one job to the next without missing a beat and took care of everything.

I had an emergency issue. The technician arrived in 2 hours from the time of my phone call. He fixed my issues and I am highly satisfied.

Zac and Anthony were very professional. When I voiced my issue to Zac he immediately knew what the problem. He exlplained what happened and fixed the non working light. Thanks guys!

They installed a 240V garage heater and ran some additional outlets in my garage. They were professional and great to work with.

Met with Rob at my property. He was on time, friendly and agreed to take on my project, even though it was a small job. We scheduled it on the spot. Two technicians came out and completed the job in the time frame allotted. Bill was what was quoted. Very easy to work with! Highly recommend!

So the guy was early on time really friendly I had done alot of the work before he had gotten there I was told from the shop guy that they prorated the cost of time no matter what the guy showed up at 12: 30 left at 12: 53 charged me for a whole hour and I questioned the tech and he said yes anything at 30 min + is automatically a full hour charged 90$ extremely disappointing I called the shop that day and they said they would look into and that I was right about it being prorated and accused me of being like previous customers who have lied about time frame costs.ive never heard back wheres my 40$ id like to know.

Eubanks came out and cleaned up old wiring in our basement for a completely reasonable price, provided great service and follow-up. Couldn't ask for more!

Great experience! I was quoted a price over the phone and was told that it would be within $25 more or less. They called me to tell me that they had a cancellation and they could come to me a day earlier. I agreed. They showed up to my house, did the electrical work, and left me an invoice that was less than the quoted price! They could have easily charged me the $25 over the quoted price and I would have paid it. Honesty is what you will get when you hire this company to do your electrical work! I will definitely use them in the future for any electrical work that I need done!

Mr. Lewis came to our home on time, was very polite, explained everything in detail, and was an amazing representative of Eubanks Electric.

Eubanks worked with our general contractor to replace a meter and shut off during a remodel. Complete professional and skilled crew of electricians. That had to work around and with a siding crew. It's not as easy as in DIY Channel.
