Euclid Fish Company, Mentor OH

Bought some “colossal” shrimp for Christmas Eve. Not only were they not quite cold enough when I picked them up BUT after eating several, within two hours, my husband became very ill. He had all classic Food Poisoning symptoms including nausea, chills, headache, fever, and vomiting. We have been going here for years and never had anything like this happen! The shrimp were not very colossal, more like medium sized in comparison to grocery store. Needless to say they have lost my business and I hope no one else got sick like my poor husband.

I'm so thankful for this business. It's the only place in the area you should buy fish! Top notch quality and freshness, no one else comes close.

Great selection of seafood to choose from! We bought some smoked salmon and lake erie perch. They iced down my fish for me and it was still ice cold when I finally made it home almost 3 hours later. We will definitely be visiting them again!

They are very organized when you pick up the clam bakes. Directions for cooking are great. Food was fabulous and was a great value!

Great fish. I love that variety and the quality. I got 2 bags of the little neck clams abd all opened no empty ones either. People working there are great.

Since a kid we would always come here for seafood. From E. 185th Street I've enjoyed the selection, experience, and service. Unfortunately today that all changed. The person that (helped) me was purposely rude, and she tried her best to make the experience unpleasant. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately didn't have the product that we wished to purchase. Would have liked to know that we could not view product before we drove out to store.

Still unable to get into the store's showroom to pick out what you might want. That was unexpected {understandable perhaps} You have to order thru their website & pick up in the parking lot. I did this last year and it worked out well then but a little surprised today

I ordered two "Fully Cooked Clambakes To-Go" and two extra dozen clams also steamed "Fully Cooked" and ready to-go. At the assigned time I pull into a numbered parking spot, I call the phone number posted there to tell them "I'm here", they brought it out (it took a little longer than I expected.) and put the order in the trunk while I stayed in the car. "Touches Transfer Covid-19 issues" worked great.
When I called in the morning I placed the order with Caylee, I told her the dinner was for my wedding anniversary. When John put the box into the trunk, he leaned over to my opened window and wished me a "Happy Anniversary". I thought that was such a nice touch!
I got it home, still warm, everything there, nicely packed and it was DELICIOUS.
I would recommend this service that Euclid Fish offers.

The only place I buy seafood. It’s simply the freshest and best quality period. People are great there too. Will answer any and all questions you might have on preparation of just about anything from clam bakes to shrimp boils and everything else.

First visit to Euclid Fish Company. We moved from Louisiana/Mississippi 12 years ago and not been able to find good catfish anywhere in the area until today. Amazing place and amazing service. They were short on catfish but made up the difference with another fish of our choice. We are a customer for life. Thank you Euclid Fish Company.

People who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and help you out with your purchase. I really enjoy the freshness of the seafood. I am from Rhode Island and they are the best seafood company I've found around here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fresh seafood.
