Eudora Brewing Company reviews
17Ohio Pint Day at the best dog-friendly beverage establishment in Dayton. Always a pleasure.
Attended EudoraFest. Fun event. German food, beer steins and good food. Many people dressed in German clothes. German music played entire time. We love the poutine. Photos of beer stein womens/mens competition included. Took photos in the prop stand too. Enjoyed all while watching OSU game.
Was accidently charged extra last time.
I wasn't happy about it but it was cleared up. We've been a total of 3 times. Food was good quality but a little expensive. Lots of drinks to choose from. If you like going to bars, you should like this place.
Love the food, especially the Eudora burger and southern belle burger (hope they bring it back!). The atmosphere is very friendly and it’s great to see so many families
Food was good! Location was good - music was a little loud but it’s summer.
Bar Service sucked.
Understand that you are busy on Friday nights and don’t do flights but very stingy when asking for a sample of your beer. Only allowed 1 “sample” (if you can call it that). The bartender was not very friendly and not willing to share information when I asked her about your beer. We had never been to this brewery and we were looking forward to trying several beers. Instead we got 1 “sample” which was barely covering the bottom of the taster glass. When we did order our pints, our glasses were put down in front of us, no thank, no smile. Clearly this dark hair girl did not want to be behind the bar serving customers.
Edited: Totally understand if there was a line behind us but there was not. And to be clear, we received only 1 “sample”. The attitude of that particular bartender was the issue. Other bartenders were very pleasant.
Excellent brewery experience! Creative and relaxing space, great selection of beers and excellent food! Staff and ownership are responsible, respectful and continually striving to provide excellent experiences to guests.
Love this place. Great beer, awesome outdoor patio, tons of seating inside, delicious food, friendly staff. My wife and I ride our bikes here often. Always happy to be there!
Good beer, great food, family friendly, best patio in Dayton area. We've been bringing our child here with us for years on various evenings and it's always been a safe space.
Don't believe all the hangover reviews.
My favorite local brewery! Excellent selections on tap, friendly staff, and beautiful space. Always a good time!
We were there last Saturday and the bartender was not friendly. Very short and we just didn't get a warm feeling from her whatsoever. Then at 1 point she shouted that everybody had to go out and no more drinks were served. Apparently she got into it with a patron and that means the whole bar had to be shut down (? !). You could remove the patron from your establishment like everyone else does. Even more strange was that no one could order anything, she was downing a beer.
Been a regular here since the original location. Great beers. Great service. Delicious lunch food. Love this place.
(Just need a black on black hat to match the shirt).
This is gonna sound harsh but there aren't a lot of good spots in Dayton so mid spots seem great, this is one. Food is good but the wait time is so long I could make cheese curds for my own poutine.the bar also isn't a bar it's a checkout counter for single serve beer. If you don't mind long lines and paying extra, Eudora is the spot for you
Love Eudora! Great beer selection (needs more darks, but still great) and the food is great. The poutine is worth ordering, it's addictive. Tried The Hot One burger - it's wonderful. The fried cheese curds are also very good. Honestly, everything I've had over the years is good.
The beer selection has lots of things to offer, and isn't dominated by IPA's. My favorite is the Cheval Magique (sp). They have a good hoppy amber and also offer seasonal beers.
We go at least once a month with friends.
Their Arcadian Apple & Goat Salad is amazing. I have personally recreated this salad and brought it to events. Their street tacos are amazing. Skip out on the cookie though. Overall, they have a great space, great food, and great vibe. People bring their dogs here all the time and there is even a watering station for them. I don’t drink beer but the giggle water is nice. Get there early to snag a table for trivia night. Definitely come here if you are looking for a unique place to hangout in Kettering.
Food was excellent and the space is very nice, much more open and comfortable than other breweries I've visited. I was bummed that because its Sunday they don't serve their ciders/wine/etc as I'm not much of a beer drinker (we brought a friend from out of town) I would have liked to see that information on the website.
It feels like a good starting effort (not sure how long this has been here, but seems new). Some beers great, others so-so, some tasted flat.
Same with the food, hummus was good, burger was not bad, salad was a bit weird since the walnuts were way more candied than I expected.
The location is super cool and spacious. If they can get get good and lock down their beers more appropriately, it will be a high recommendation. Until then, if you're in the area try, if not, maybe don't go out of your way.
Went last night after driving around town looking for a place to eat for my birthday. Craft brews were decent, service at the bar was good after waiting. But the food? Way overpriced bar food that left me with a stomachache. Go for the patio vibe & beers but eat at home before you go.
