EuroGyro, Uniontown OH

We ran in here at the last minute to place a To go order we forgot our masks and they wouldn't provide us with one or even let us order and sit in the car.
The customer service is horrible.
I said White House closed early and we figured wed run in here instead and The mandate was just lifted so we didnt think itd be a big deal.
We said That were sorry we are already 6 ft in front of you can we please place the order and be on our way and he said "then were closed too" "it's been in affect for a year the dollar store is right there go buy some. "

You're going to make me go buy a mask to stand right where I was already standing and then he said "well be closed by the time you get back we want to go home too. "
Disgusting how they treat the customers they "value".

How rude now we have to try to find food before everything closes. Lost my business for good and with how much we've spent here I'm appalled!

We have previously gone to the Euro Gyro on Cleveland Ave in Canton. This one was infinitely faster, very clean and the food was great. JoJos were crispy. Cajun chicken gyros were great. We will be back.

Saturday 5pm, called to place an order for pickup a girl was taking my order, 2 pizza's 2 salads chicken tenders, a man with an accent picks up the phone and yells at me "no big orders. "
We had to order from domino's.

I am not happy with the food from this place. Fries were over salted. Ordered gyros and they didn't give us sauce. Food is definitely not worth going back again. I threw half of mine away. Won't be going back

Meat was dried out barely warm the manager just wanted to argue instead of trying to make it right otherwise I would not post this.

I would not like to go into detail but if I can give them zero stars I would. The customer service I received from the Uniontown location and coincidentally the Green Ohio location, leaves a lot to be desired. I am absolutely disgusted And shocked they’re still in business.

Horrible service. Wanted to ask a question to the person behind the counter. He said all the questions were answered on the menu. I thought at first he was joking but he wasn't. I will never step foot nor will the complex that I live in again. Extremely rude for being a loyal customer. Oh watch food being dropped on the floor.

Great food and I will always order gyros from here. I forgot my wallet and they said just catch us next time. What a wonderful owner and staff. Thank you Euro Gyro! Will be in this weekend to order lots of food and pay you back!

Wrong shop. This picture is of the massillon gyro off 7th and lincoln way massillon. The ownership of the massillon store runs a great shop. As does the ownership of the green store (not pictured)

Great place, super friendly family run business. They always have promotions and deals going on. Also, their pizza is my favorite, even over papa johns.

Never ever have I been called a mfer just for asking why they are closed 2 hours before their closing time. Whom ever owns this place needs to take a hard look at who they hire. The amount of money I've spent here, I'm appalled!

I tried white sauce instead of red sauce on my pizza Yummy! White sauce it is from now on. I like the Parmesan sprinkled on the pizza and the crust
was nice and crunchy. Biggest wings I’ve had l got the honey gold sauce on the side very good. Quick service, food was hot keep up the good quality and portions and I’ll definitely be back.

Baffled by the service and unwillingness to take my order. Called to order 4 sandwiches w/3 sides @8.30, I didnt know it was closing 30 mins from when i called because hours arent right online. Guy said to go ahead with my order, which was 4 sandwiches and a couple sides. Gave him the whole order. Guy then tells me he doesnt have the time to cook my order and cancels my order. I worked in food, and know late orders are frustrating, but we always stayed later and completed our orders. At the very least, they can tell me its too late BEFORE i read my order, or just dont pick up the phone!

The location in Green Ohio is horrible, the guy running the place is rude and ignorant. We ordered for a large group of us, everything was good. When we called back because someone wanted a pizza I was told that dont have pizza and I have the wrong place, he hung up. I called back, he answered "what mother f#$@er" and hung up. Tried to call he just kept swearing at us. I then walked in and he wasn't rude anymore but hey it's to late just wanted to see what a phone warrior looked like lol. We ended up getting everything we wanted from the location in Akron, as long as that guy works or owns the one in Hreen we will never go again.
