EuroGyro, Kent OH

Literally some of the worst food we’ve had in Kent. The only half way decent thing was the garden salad. The Guy On the Couch Sandwich was an absolute mess to eat, drowning in indescribable sauces. The bun was complete mush making it almost impossible to pick up. The Deluxe Chicken bowl was mediocre at best and again covered in sauces that really made it hard to tell what you were actually eating. The chicken was not breaded yet had a crispy fried texture, it was just really awful all the way around. Loaded JoJo’s we’re over priced but edible, not good by any means just edible. I think the only 2 things salvageable were the onion rings and the garden salad. $45 completely wasted.

My son Connor loves the pizza here and the delivery drivers are the best. So nice and I always get my food in 20 mins. You all are amazing. Thank you

Tried calling on and off for 2 hours and nobody answered. Got hung up on several times. Went in to place my order and the place was dead. It was a snowy Thursday night too, so it wasn't like there were a lot of people out downtown or anything. No idea why they didn't have time to answer the phone, but it doesn't seem like a good way to run a business and is kind of frustrating as a customer.

Good Food. Really comfortable atmosphere. Very nice staff. Been going to this place for 20 years it's still great.

Its super fun to order online and wait for a delivery only to be called after waiting 40 minutes and told that they do not deliver to your area and that the order is cancelled. AND THEN find out that they still charged you the delivery fee. COOL STORY

I never would have believed a Gyro shop would have such AMAZING PIZZA! Very reasonable prices too!

Music was to loud and the food was taking a while to be made and the soda was to sweet I do not recommend eating else very unsanitary

What a great little place! EuroGyro has pizza, burgers, sandwiches, beers and cocktails. A nice variety of food.

My husband and I attended Kent State in 1969- 1971 (I went 2 years, he continued and graduated). This is the 3rd time we came back to revisit those wonderful times, and it was by far the best.

The one thing I was determined to do was eat pizza (for several reasons it was a big part of our time together at Kent). Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a pizza place on campus that has dine-in, let alone is open before 4: 00 pm? ! That was the weirdest thing to me.

Well after many calls and tries, we were about to give up, but I made a last ditch effort and called EuroGyro. Yes, they were open. Yes, they had dine-in! And they were only a couple minutes away.

We walked in and ordered the best mushroom, pepperoni, and double cheese pizza I have had in a long time, and a couple cokes.

The pizza came to our table a few short minutes later, hot and steaming. It was heaven. One of the best pizzas I've had, honestly.

The people were friendly, the service was great, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was back at school - dark, with great music, like any good bar.

When we visit Kent State again in the future, I'm pretty sure I know where we'll eat. Thanks guys!

Went there with my 11 year old son and we had a nice time. We played pool while they were making our food (1 table, coin operated) and we felt right at home. Was very clean I thought for a bar and the bartender was friendly. Gyros and JoJo fries were excellent as always. I don't think I've ever ordered anything else from them.

Very pleased that EuroGyro provides dine-in service! So many places don't.disappointing. Pizza ingredients were excellent-pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese. Crust, too, was excellent! Very pleased!

I just ordered from here over the phone for take out and when I tell you Kat was so pleasant over the phone! True definition hospitality!

Kristian P was extremely ignorant and rude to my girlfriend and I. She took my beverage away without permission and no explanation. I will be reporting this Euro Gyro for terrible customer service and rude employees.

Used to be much better a couple yrs ago. They have good wings and obviously beer! Good place to grab a quick bite

Called in for a dozen wings. Asked if they had any specials to which they said no. $18 for 12 wings.

I show up to pick up the order and posted on a board is a dozen wings and jojo's for $19.99 as a special.

Asked cashier if anything could be done about it to which they replied no and didn't seem to really care at all.

If you're taking orders you should probably know what specials you have and not just say "we have none". Am pretty disappointed.

Euro Giro and jojos with cucumber dressing was on the menu, pretty tasty! Several bands played, very entertaining.

Food was tasty. However, this place gets a one star as it is not accessible to wheelchairs. No portable ramp which could be easily setup.

Love this place. It's literally my second home. Some of the best pizza around Kent. As for everything else on the menu, absolutely delicious! The employees are freaking AWESOME! I believe they take food orders until 2: 30a.m. (depending on how busy they are). Love all the bartenders. We all have our favorites though. Plenty of seating untill everyone runs threw the front door for food at 2a.m. Great alcohol and liquor selection. Almost every Sunday is open mic. Every 2nd and 4th Fridays are karaoke nights. As well they do have live events periodically. (Live DJ's and live band's. ECT.) They also have an upstairs paito that is open Wednesday-Saturday through the summer (when weather is permitting) for certain hours. I believe those hours are from either 6 or 7p.m. Through 2-2: 30a.m.

The food was good and came up fast. The bartenders were killing it even though it became very busy very quickly. I was even sitting next to a person denied for alcohol while trying to use a fake ID from Tennessee. I was proud to see they were being vigilant.
