EuroGyro - Pickup & Delivery, Cuyahoga Falls OH

We order our food at 6: 10pm was told for delivery would be 45 min to 1 hour. So at 7: 30pm call to get the status and was told they are packing it up now and will be delivering. At 8pm still no food ordered so again called at 8: 10pm and was told they made a mistake and the food it's getting packed and ready to get delivered. At 8: 15pm received a call from EuroGyro saying they forgot to cook the chicken bacon ranch bowl we order, so at this point a bit upset and irritate said to forget the bowl deduct it from my cost and the rest of the food delivered asap. Got our food at 8: 25pm luke warm and missing items and tried calling four times and no answerson the phone Worst service ever and cold food

Management is trash. The fact that they won't deliver 1.5 miles away is trash. Close time is trash. I'm surprised this place is still open. Because everything about it is absolute trash.

Double meat Euro Gyro and JoJos they brought it out to the truck. Asked them to leave the bag open so I could vent the Jojo, which they did! Thanks, because soggy Jojos are No Bueno!

100/100. These guys have literally never messed up my delivery orders, something that happens all the time at a few places.

This EuroGyro has a rockstar team, you can tell from the delicious food to the accurate & on-time delivery. Keep up the good work and thanks a ton for feeding my family!

I've ordered delivery a few times now and it's always been decent. Their pizza is pretty good if you're like me and like greasy, cheesy pizza haha. The soft pretzels were good but they only give you a tiny cup of nacho cheese. I had to use it sparingly just to have enough for two of the three pretzels. That's really my only complaint. The mozzarella sticks were underwhelming, but typical for a pizza place. My gf said her boneless wings were alright.

A cook here was going crazy on customers last Thursday evening. Ordered 2 Cajun chicken gyros and 2 potato wedges. Said he is not going to make it so asked for money and he flipped out more. Started to flip on other people over food. It is a shame because usually everything is good.

The lamb meat was extremely over cooked and looked like beef jerky. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before any of the 5-6 people behind the counter came to greet me. Food and service was bad. It’s a shame. It used to be a great place to get a gyro.

I've ordered from here many times, and they are always respectful on the phone. They keep my info for faster service. And the wait usually isnt bad as far as deliveries go. Definitely recommend because the gyros are amazing and their desert pizza is yummy

We ordered a large pizza, pita, cheese curds, lasagna, and cinnamon melts. Cheese curds and cinnamon melt were good. Lasagna was ok. The veggie pita was very dry and flavorless. The pizza however was by far the worst pizza we've ever had. The fact that it was $19.89 we expected it to be better than Digiorno but it was clearly lower quality ingredients. First time ever not finishing a slice before throwing it out

Don't know what is up lately but the last 3 times I have gotten food here it has been AWESOME better then ever before!

Wanted to try something different, so we ordered some pizza online. Got a call later by some woman that said their pizza oven is down. Lol what? Ridiculous and unreliable.

Decent food. Order accuracy was a bit off though. The burger, though smaller than anticipated, was pretty good. The jojo's and fries were excellent. The gyro was missing sauce but the meat was quite good. Fried mushrooms were meh at best.

Someone recommended Euro Gyro as a good pizza place, which surprised me given the name, but I decided to try it out. We ordered Stromboli and a pepperoni roll, which even the small is huge. Both were super delicious, and I’d probably say Euro Gyro is my go to for Stromboli in the falls. Their gyros and chicken wings are also really good.

Showed up for a pick up delivery at the time I was notified to be there. Had to wait 10 minutes, which is no big deal, but somehow after I got my food it was stone cold. Also my order was completely wrong. Not even close. Checked my recite to make sure I didn’t mess up my own order, but I had it right and the employees made some random food for me. My suggestion is order from the Kent location. Much better.

Edit: Staff from EuroGyro reached out to me and explained their power went out & this weren’t able to complete my order. They also offered me a $5 coupon. I do appreciate that, but it would have been helpful if they were able to tell GrubHub this (I attempted to order from another restaurant prior to EuroGryo, and was immediately notified through GrubHub that the order was canceled, also due to power outage.) Additionally, you cannot see EuroGyro’s drivers once they have your order, GrubHub notified me that they were informed by EuroGyro that the order went out for delivery (I was told this 20 minutes to my order being late.) So that’s pretty strange.

I never got my order. Made the mistake of ordering through GrubHub not realizing EuroGryo INSISTS on using their staff to deliver. The whole point of going through GrubHub was to avoid interaction with their staff. Order was 40 minutes late by the time I cancelled the order and had it refunded because I’ve dealt with employees here in the past and predicted I might not actually be getting my order. At least GrubHub refunded me - that’s more than the actual company would do based off other reviews.

A few days ago i went here, a red head guy and girl kept kissing, she even popped a pimple on his nose and then went into kitchen area without washing, yesterday i go there, the same people were there, the girl was putting chicken wings in container, drops one on floor, picks it up and looked like she was going to put it in container anyway but looked behind her and seen me and didnt put in container, but also did not replace it, so my son had 11 wings, she must have thought that order was for someone else. Food was good though.
