European Wax Center, Strongsville OH

I visited the european was center on Thursday 7/23 and I saw Violet. The ladies in the spa were very nice and professional. I will definitely be returning.

I had Sarah for my first Brazilian wax, she answered any questions I had and explained to me the whole process, absolutely loved her. They're really clean and the process was easier than I thought it would be, would highly recommend this place.

Okay, I get the hype. The wax hurts less, they specialize in all areas, they're clean, professional, and all that good stuff. The receptionists were very fake nice and quite honestly my practioner was a product pusher. Yet still a great place to go get a wax on any part of your body.

It was my first time going to a waxing place ever, and Amanda made me feel so welcome! She’s absolutely amazing and I ended up having a blast! Would highly highly recommend her to anybody!

I went to ewc and johnnetta did my first Brazilian wax! She made it quick and easy for me! I felt comfortable and I left happy! I would for sure recommend any and everyone to go and visit ewc in strongsville and book with johnnetta, shes great!

Great experience. Clean facility. They use hard wax which hurts less. Raven was very kind and explained everything she was doing.

I was pretty nervous for my first bikini wax, but Katie was awesome! She made me feel as comfortable as possible and it wasn't awkward. She moved quickly, explained what she was doing and answered all my questions. It definitely wasn't painless, but the pain was not unbearable and actually hurt less than I was expecting. I plan on returning.

I initially chose European Wax Center because it's much closer for me than the salon I went to previously. I booked my Brazillian appointment with Violet because I saw a lot of positive reviews for her and I'm so glad I did! The entire experience, from start to finish, has already made me a loyal customer. The girls at the check in desk were super friendly and knowledgeable. Violet was SO NICE! She made me feel comfortable right from the start.
The waxing experience itself was unlike any other I've had, in the best way possible. The hard wax that they use was significantly less painful than the wax I'm used to. It only took about 15 minutes too!
I am so happy with my experience and will definitely be booking all future appointments with Violet!

Stephanie S was my technician for my first visit to European Wax Center in Strongsville. This was my first experience with hard wax during a service and Stephanie did an excellent job explaining the difference in wax types as well as the benefits to EWC blend specifically. If a waxing experience could be described as pleasant, this certainly was. I would recommend EWC to anyone. Great service and best pricing around!

If you want return business clientele.you should treat first time customers as if they should return

I had one of my best wax experiences ever here. Stephanie is a top-notch esthetician and I would definitely go back! Plus, the prices were so reasonable. You would pay double or triple for the same service if you were to find that level of quality in a major metropolitan area.

Only been here once and was not a fan of the gal in the room as I undressed to get on the table. Even at the doctor's office they give you a little privacy. Was told to go back and see a certain gal, might try it one more time.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this place. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a wax center before. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and professional as well as my waxer Jamie! She made me feel super comfortable and did an amazing job. She also sold me on a couple products she loves that I’m so excited to try. I’m definitely coming back! If you’re looking for a great place to get waxed, look no further.

This place is amazing! I used to get sugar waxes and this is wayyy less painful. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. That ingrown hair serum is a lifesaver!

I always feel so welcome when I come here. I have been going for a while now and the entire experience is always great. My wax specialist, Amanda, is the BEST! She makes me feel very comfortable and accommodates to my needs. Love it. Highly recommend.

Amanda is AMAZING! I was so nervous the first time I went for a Brazilian but she was so nice and made me feel 100% comfortable. I’ve been going for several months now and Amanda hasn’t changed. She still makes me feel comfortable and I just love her!

I love coming to Jonetta to get my Brazilian done.she's so sweet and makes me laugh! Also I've had Jamie and Samantha do my lower legs they're awesome! Plus all the front desk girls are the sweetest and so helpful with products and information on the packages!

I absolutely love this location. I saw Amanda for a Brazilian she was very knowledgeable about the service. The people at the front desk greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Johnetta is wonderful! I’ve been waxed by her several times and I always book with her. The online scheduling (through the app) is very convenient and the staff is very professional and kind every time. Would give more than five stars if I could!

Johnnetta was Very professional and nice eyebrows were very clean and waxed just to my liking I was very satisfied
