5/5 stars! I have had the best experience at this european wax center location. I highly recommend Sarah! She has been a godsend for me as I have been pregnant the entire time I've been seeing her and she has been extra accommodating towards that. The building is clean and they are always on time.

So today I called this location and asked if I could use a wax pass that I had purchased at the Mason location. Then come in and I get a Brazilian wax and as I’m leaving the first thing that is said to me is that I’m out of wax passes. I tell them that is incorrect. Then they proceed to call the Mason location and then tell me they cancelled my passes due to me only making 2of the 4 payments to get 12 waxes. I pull up my account statements for the two months in question and show that I have indeed made all 4 payments and that I only used about 5 waxes. These people see that and instead of figuring out the error on their end they ask me to pay for my services out of pocket and file a complaint online. I asked for a corporate number and they refused. I am highly disappointed in the way that both the Liberty Location handled this matter, as well as the Mason location. This was embarrassing and the customer service was lacking to say the least. I’m highly disappointed.

I saw Sarah Huber. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend her! She is professional, attentive and made me feel very comfortable! We’re not use anyone else!

After months of my girlfriend begging me to wax my nose, I finally did. I saw Hannah today, she was very friendly, and made me feel at ease. I never realized how much better you could feel after removing your nose hair. The world smells a whole lot different now.

Getting a waxing service can be uncomfortable, but she made me feel at ease right away. She is knowledgeable about her profession and even about the products they have for sale. I love coming here. Its a great way to make you feel good about yourself. Its not as expensive as most lead you to believe and the Estheticians (the waxers) are well trained to help everyone on an individual level. I love Sarah H.she is my favorite and I have been seeing her for almost a year now. She helped me come up with plan to help minimize regrowth of hair as well. She has also done all kinds of waxes with me and each one she has made me feel comfortable and confident with. You cannot imagine how much I love my body now with her help. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I recently had my first Brazilian wax from Sarah. It was my first time getting a Brazilian done I was extremely nervous. She was calming and gentle and made my experience pleasant will definitely be back to see her in the future,

I had Dora, I like her work, I could tell she cared about her work.immediately in could feel my legs were smoother than times before with other waxers she even got little strays the wax couldn't get with tweezers. I also liked the conversation and he explaining things as she did them so I was aware. I will definitely Request Dora fpr my future appt.

I saw Emma for an arm, underarm, and leg wax and she was nothing short of amazing! She was professional, polite, and talked with me the whole time to ensure i knew what was going on! I will be coming back to see her!

I recently went to Molly for a brazilian & back wax. I tend to be uncomfortable in these situations but she made the whole experience wonderful. I’ve never had a waxer pay so much attention to detail. She radiates confidence & you can tell she’s got a lot of passion for her job. Ask for Molly!

I visited this location for my first wax and the discomfort was a little more than I imagined. I did not feel the staff was pulling the skin taut enough and expressed such to her. Afterwards, the irritation was was worse than the waxing itself. The site explains that some irritation is expected for "a few days" afterwards. "
After two weeks and continued irritation, I contacted them to express my concerns. I was advised that a manager would follow up with me within 24-48 hours. That was 5 days agao and I still have not received any follow up communication. I will visit a different location for service and will follow up with the BBB regarding this experience.

I went about a week ago and had such a great experience! I went to Molly Siroki for an arm wax, brazilian wax, and lip wax, and all 3 services turned out amazing! The pain was what I imagined it to be, but she helped me through it. She explained everything before we began and would count down before ripping any wax off, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend her for your waxes!

Forst time to this location and I can say I got the same professional service that I've gotten at all other locations. I will not go anywhere else for waxing
