European Wax Center, Cincinnati OH

I've been coming to European Wax for years & Tasha was always my go-to. I was hesitant to rebook after she left the company. However, I called this weekend and was able to get on the schedule with Carrie right away. She was very nice & extremely thorough. I really like her and re-booked services with her. I'd highly recommend going to see Carrie.

I had Celeste for a full bikini wax, she was personable, professional, positive and very funny. She made my experience worth coming back to her for my next wax. She is a true customer service gem.

Went in for a Brazilian and leg wax, it took THREE HOURS. I also had some many long hair that should have been gotten that I had to wax myself when I got home. I feel ripped off and won’t be returning. I’ve never had anything take so long and I’ve had many waxes before. They also got wax on my shirt and assure me it would come out, IT DID NOT. If you visit this business, ask for someone that has been doing it for many years.

So I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them burned my layer of skin underneath my eyebrow and was swollen the next day I have been coming here for a long time and this is the first it has ever happened. I talked to the manager who didn’t seem to care and no apologies were regarded and didn’t want me to come in and see how much the damage it has done. I have been coming to jenna for a long time until she quit and she was awesome and did my eyebrows correctly and for the first time she asked how I would like them and she did them as exactly as I told her. I’ve had different people that do my eyebrows and not one of them asks how I would like them they just jump right to it and take no regard in the customers information on how they would like them to look. Get better staff in there and don’t keep bringing in new hires who can’t do there job

UPDATE and 2 MONTHS from my post and yet NO ONE from European Wax has even reached out to me. THIS should tell you of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
I have been a customer At the Anderson location for close to 10 years and the type of service that I received was awesome up until my wax her left. This location has gone through many management changes with many hiccups. Yet I still kept on renewing my passes because I liked my waxer. My complaint is that I broke out badly on my face as well as on my body because of the oil and also The facial and body exfoliate her. I brought it up to the store today and all they could give was a store credit. That is not customer service if a person does not like the product they should be able to return the product the way they had purchased it which was on my credit card. The front desk people are rude. I would advise not to go to this location especially.

First of all, good luck even getting an appointment. The owners have run off all of the good waxers and they constantly cancel appointments due to being short staffed.
I found another place close by but European wax center will not refund my package when they cant even provide the service and they refused to even tell me where my favorite waxer went:/ (I found her via facebook tho). Horrible place to go now. 0/10 do not recommend.

Update: European wax center in Anderson made it right. Unfortunately just like everyone else, they were hit with Illness and circumstances out of their control. They were able to get us in the following week. I’ll be returning after all. Thank you to the ladies that helped us today.
My sister-in-law and myself were ecstatic to get our very first professional Brazilian wax done before going on family vacation. We scheduled our appointments simultaneously WEEKS in advance. Not even 24 hours before the appointment, we get a cancellation call saying that they’re overbooked. Absolutely not ok. Now we’re scrambling to find someone else to provide the service that European wax center promised. Will never book another appointment again and sadly I was looked forward to making this a regular thing!

The ladies here are great very friendly and nice. I only took off a star because some how or another every time I come patches of hair get missed if I get a Brazilian. Other then that amazing.

Sophia was great! I went for my first wax and she did a great job of explaining the process and what I would need for aftercare.

I had an amazing experience at European Wax Center -Anderson. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Tasha did my wax and she was amazing! It was my first Brazilian wax. She made me feel super comfortable and told me what to expect. She also gave me advice on after-care products and gave a lot of different options to choose from that would best suit me. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will be back!:)

I had an appointment and due to construction going on it took a few extra minutes to find the storefront. The receptionist was very rude and I waited a few minutes until she finished with another client. She then told me I was too late and that I would need to re-schedule my appointment; even though I had taken a seat and waited to be assisted. This was to be my first time but after the horrible treatment I received, I would never come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone!

I visited the Anderson location today and I was not disappointed! Staff was amazing and services ran smoothly from the time I arrived. I saw Sam and she was great! As a cosmetologist who has been in the industry for over 10 years, I was impressed by her. She was super sweet and accommodating and answered all of my questions. She made me feel super comfortable. This was important to me, as this was my first full wax, or Brazilian. She cared very much for my comfort and made it less painful than I had anticipated. I have been to other people in the industry and some do not put a lot of care into what they do and make you feel like a number. Sam is an asset to this location and I will absolutely be back to see her, even though I live in Kentucky and have a EWC right by me. Sam is a natural to the industry and will do great wherever she goes! Hang on to her! I’ll be back!

I went with Alyssa for my first wax and she was amazing! Made me feel comfortable explained everything I needed for aftercare and future care. Building was clean an ladies were professional. Overall a great experience, will be coming back!

Friendly staff, fair pricing, skilled waxers, convenient location. I've had appts with all but one of their staff and they each do a great job. My personal favorite is Tasha - she really cares about her clientele and their experience, and we've never run out of things to talk about. It's a clean salon, appts run on time, and I'm always treated with courtesy and respect. Their products work well and smell amazing, and there's a rewards program for returning customers. The app makes scheduling a breeze. If you're getting waxed for the first time, let the staff know and they'll walk you through it. Remember to exfoliate:)

I had my first wax with Sophia and it was great. Everything was clean and organized and she was so friendly. They had me in and out in a timely manner and Sophia was so nice to talk with and she talked through the whole process as we went through and gave me good recommendations. I will for sure be back!

Great experience! Alyssa is the best! Made me feel very comfortable! She is very knowledgeable and helpful! Extremely clean! The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly too! Will continue to go back for all of my waxing needs!

The girl that takes care of me there is amazing! I love getting waxed by her she is such a sweetheart and her and I will possibly be neighbors soon. She and her sister are the only two I like going to to be honest. They're so kind and give such amazing service. Thank you Samantha/Savanna you guys be sure to go and see her.

The receptionists are always very nice and helpful. Amy, my waxer, is incredibly personable, always asks me about things going on in my life, and does a fantastic job waxing my eyebrows perfectly every time. She's the best!
