I have to say I was a little nervous or appreciative about going. But Erica is wonderful, she put my mind at ease, made me feel comfortable. She talked me through the whole process and explained the after care involved. With a few product recommendations too. I highly recommend Erica 6 stars all the way for that girl?

Love EWC at Crocker Park. It has been my go to for about 6 years now. I have always worked with Katie B and my experience has always been nothing less than outstanding. I love her attention to detail. She's great at what she does. Happy to say that I have also just had the chance to work with Jessica recently and it's been equally a great experience. Needless to say, I feel like I am always in great hands when I go to EWC. Thank you ladies for the top notch service!

This is the second time I’ve gotten waxed at European Wax Center, but the first time at this location. I was running 10 minutes late because of traffic and called to let them know I was going to be late as a courtesy. That’s how I found out that they have an 8 minute late policy that if you exceed, they need to drop some of your requested services. While this seems fair enough (though weirdly specific), the receptionist did not think to check if anyone else was available on the same day to do the service I had to drop off (a full leg wax, which was the main thing I needed to get done). But oh well, maybe she was new. Still a strike 1. Anyway, I was told my appointment would be moved from 4: 30 to 4: 45, and that they would check me in early when I got there. I got there at 4: 40, and they had me wait for even longer than the agreed upon 4: 45 appointment. Strike 2. I booked my appointment with someone who was highly rated—so I was expecting exceptional service. She did the waxing part ok, though I had to touch up my eyebrows later. What disappointed me was that I was made to feel rushed during the appointment as well. I understand there was a client right after me, but it was still not a good feeling, especially after showing up “early” for my rescheduled appointment. Strike 3. I was able to schedule a separate appointment for the full leg wax—again, in a rush—but I’m having second thoughts about returning to this location again.

My experience has always been great and Jessica makes me feel relaxed and does a great job. I will always return to this off/business. Everyone is friendly.

I had a good experience the last time i came in for a wax Zay was so helpful & knowledgeable at the front desk! She let me know about the passes to help me save money & informed me that i can prebook to earn money in my account!

Emily (the one who loves green) is my GO TO for alllll my waxing needs. She never disappoints! She does a fantastic job, always on time, and she is my humor and therapy as well! If you are looking for any type of wax she does a great job. She does my lip, eyebrow, full leg, and brazilian waxing and I am out early! Thank you Emily!
