We had an issue with our sub pump so we called EverDry out to see if they could help us. They were able to come out the very next day. Cruz and Trevor came out and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue. They explained what they did and what to do if it acts up again in the future. Highly recommend EverDry as well as their employees! If we ever have another issue we will personally request Cruz and Trevor to come fix it! Very happy customers over here!:)

Austin did a very great job and came out twice to help finish the job. Both Noah’s did a great job and cleaned up after!

Thank you to Tywon for taking the time to come all the way to Toledo to deal with our basement wall. We are in the process of renovating the basement and when we opened up the wall we noticed that the was a really bad bow. We were able to call and get an appointment quickly, instead of having to wait a couple months.

We called with problems with our sump pump. They sent Austin out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to figure out the problem.

PIpe outside house was cracked. Showed up on time. Did temporary fix. Scheduled time to put in the new pipes. Very polite and knew what they were doing.

Service call to fix some issues from the initial install. Austin was very professional, polite and did an awesome job correcting the issues noted for the service call.

Xavier and the entire crew did a great job with the whole project. He was very professional explaining everything that was happening and great when I had questions. Everything looks so much brighter and I know I will feel much more comfortable when the heavy rains come now that all the blockages by tree roots are gone. Also will feel better when family visits knowing the air quality will be much better.

Salesman is good at his job and will talk u into getting whatever u need done finished. (if u called & think u needed work). Depends on tha crew that's on your job. I had some damage but their foreman or footsoldier that's been on my job & EVRDRY made it right with us an I'm satisfied with it. No pics of damages bc I fixed already.well.proof.but again made it right sooo.good job

Everdry came out and did some work for us and we have had a lot of negative issues. They kept wanting paid before they completed all work to satisfaction, which was what was told to us before we signed a contract. They finally explained everything to our satisfaction and we paid as agreed upon.

About a month later we started getting a wet basement again. We clled and they said they would be out on Friday to look at it and fix it they could that day. My wife stayed home and no one showed, she called and left a message with no return call. Frustration. I called and Jackson said there must have been miscommunication and that they would have someone come out on Tuesday now. My wife just wasted her whole day due to their miscommunication. It just seems that there is one thing after another. I would not recommend this company. The finished product and service after the job was finished is NOT worth the cost of the product.

Got the job done. Very pricey for the work performed. Had to call them to come back because they just had the sump pump drain directly into my neighbor's yard. They extended it into my yard some, but it's definitely still too close to the foundation to where it just cycles back to the sump pump and floods my yard every time it rains. They could've just put in a dry well or extended the drainage to the back alley that has a storm drain. $20k for a dry basement, but flooded yard. Not great. I recommend at least shopping around before going with them. Again, they dried the basement, but not necessarily my home.
