We had Everdry of Columbus do the area around our house. They dug up, laid pipe and set up a sump pump. Excellent job! Been doing the job for us for a while and we are extremely please with materials and work.

I have been an EverDry customer since I bought my first home in 1990. The basement wall was leaning inward and they knew just what to do to prevent it from getting worse. They advised me on how to properly remove mold and paint the interior, they dug down and applied the black water proofing to the foundation and they installed a sump pump system. They instructed me on how to properly grade the dirt near the foundation and they suggested I remove a patio that was sloping toward the house. Everything worked out just great and I have had zero problems. Over the last 31 years my sump pump needed to be replaced twice and each time they quickly come out and installed a new one. I am a very happy customer.

When we had problems with water coming up through our basement floor, we called Everdry and they sent an inspector to look at what the problem was and within a short period of time we had the problem fixed.

We met this company at the home and garden show. Set up an appointment to come out the following week. They were very persistent about both my husband and I being present. When I called, they lady was rude and said we come out for free. I had to explain to her I dont know my work schedule.it changes day to day/ hour by hour. I worked in emergency healthcare. To be completely blunt people dont plan when they get in car accidents. On top of it i have a teething 9 month old! So no ur not going to get my husband and I present. I decided to cancel cuz it sounded like we would be listening to a very pushing sales pitch. Horrible way of doing sales. We had another company come out and talk to my husband. They are currently doing work for us!

The Everdry workers arrived promptly on Monday, March 14,2016. They went to work immediately. They moved all the items in the basement away from area where they needed to work, which was no easy task. The work was completed in just 3 days. I was impressed with how efficiently, how well they worked with each other and also seemed to enjoy what they were doing. My garage in under my bedroom so I'm looking forward to a dry garage and dry basement. I had a few concerns after the work was finished and called the
company who answered my questions. Now after 5 years the sump pump and the exhaust fan still work perfectly. The basement is now dry all the time.

Damp basement is now bone dry after install of drainage and sump pump. The techs were respectful of our property, timely and efficient. Great job! Thank you! Corrine McClurg

The new drainage system for our home due to hydrostatic pressure was a terrible customer experience starting with:
1) Sales over promising the work that would be done - contradicting what the workers could actually do in regards to placement of filtration system
2) Workers damaged / killed landscaping and did not clean up the trash that they created
3) Nobody from start to finish wore a mask - had to ask multiple times to wear a face covering inside our home
Very upset by the ‘job’ they did and would never recommend or use again

Jerry was very professional and did not pressure us into anything. Explained everything clearly to us. Very happy that we came to Everdry for a 2nd opinion. JT Washington CH

I live in Lancaster, Ohio. My initials are MDH. Dylan's crew was very efficient. Very respectful, and polite. I would definitely recommend him and whomever he chooses as crew. All were kind toward me and my dog. I definitely had a Great experience with them. Everything was thoroughly explained by Dylan, and the crew. Looking forward to a dry basement. Let it pour.

I recently had my whole basement done by Everdry and was pleased with their work. Connor and Mike were both courteous and explained everything they did so that I could understand. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone that needed their service. MS from Columbus, Ohio

Scheduled an appointment for this company to provide a quote and they would not even meet with me without the presence of my husband. They said it was to answer all questions, as if I could not ask all of the questions myself. Women have brains too and can conduct business without the presence of a man! This is a company that will never get my business.

I had some really bad issues in my basement and the outside. I contacted them and they came out inspect it. Then i realize I needed help. After just three days my work was completely done. I was so surprise and how good and fast they worked for me.while working they answer all my questions, before, during, and after. The foreman on duty really made me feel comfortable. I am so happy with this company. Now I will spend a lot more time in my basement.

Showed up on time everyday. Explained work being done as they completed each step. Clean up done as well as could be expected. Employees friendly and courteous. No big rains so far, trusting system will work as well as the guys putting it in.

I was very nervous when I hired Everdry to waterproof my basement, fearing it would be very disruptive and stressful. But the crew that was assigned to my job were extremely professional, polite, respectful and skilled. I felt completely at ease right away and although I'm glad the job is now finished, I do miss seeing those great guys every day! I can recommend Everdry without reservation.

I had Everdry work on my foundation and in my crawlspace. They were on time and neat in their work. The crew foreman kept me informed every step of the way, and was patient in answering all my questions. I am very pleased with their work.

Our experience with EverDry was overall satisfactory. The consultants we met with were professional and knowledgeable. The men who came to do the initial work were prompt and pleasant. The only part of the experience we were not satisfied with was the clean up crew. They were not professional and did not do a thorough job. Overall, we went with EverDry because of their warranty and we would make the same decision again. -JB, Sunbury, Ohio

I was both impressed by the quality of work and the general attitude of the crew. The work site was cleaned at the end of each day. I was impressed by Everdry's Mgr. Dillon Lake as he was very helpful in explaining the various steps of the project-he was professional and concerned. I would definitely recommend Everdry to anyone. I have had issues with this company since having them redo my basment waterproofing. The work is subpar and they never want to come fix their mistakes. Right now they gave me the option of dropping stuff off to fix it (pipes they supported with a brick) myself or wait several weeks. The business is ridiculously close to my residence. If you have problems/emergencies on the weekends they have no service. I have been unhappy with this for 10 years now, but I keep paying the insurance as something big will probably go wrong at some point.

Everdry installed an interior and exterior drainage system for a crawl space in my home in Columbus, Ohio. I found Everdry's sales team to be responsive and helpful. The crew who did the work was respectful and hardworking, kept me updated regarding what they were doing, and were patient in answering my many questions. The quality of the work appears good, and so far the drainage system appears to be working properly. There was some miscommunication between the sales team and the crew, which resulted in my having to re-explain to the crew precisely what work we wanted done and how-a homeowner paying less attention than I was may have been surprised. The crew also used some of my work lights without asking first, and left them a muddy mess, which is a minor thing but I found it annoying. The crew cleaned up the inevitable mud and dirt in our home and basement fairly well, although we are going to have to re-clean everything to get it up to our standards. Overall working with Everdry was a good experience and I would recommend them to others. At no time did I feel pressured to spend money or have work done that was not in our best interests.

Overall the quality of the work is good. However I have a few issues with the quality of the clean up, and care. I was told by both the job foreman, and the salesman that the baseboards on my finished basement would be removed to complete the job. After the first day of work I noticed that they were not removed, and this led to gouges, an concrete splatter being left on the baseboards. I had to remove the baseboards myself to clean and refinish. Also to my surprise there were still piles of dirt and rocks left both under the rolled carpet as well as on the floor in the unfinished side of my basement. When doing the final clean up my kitchen was swept, and wiped with e dirty rag leaving dirt smeared. When patching the cracks in the walls the caulking was spread over the flaking paint, so when the pain chips away so does all of the caulking. When the first salesman came he never mentioned that the warranty had a yearly maintenance cost, only stating that the work was covered by a lifetime warranty. I did mention this to the second salesman that came, and that I felt this was a dishonest sales tactic. NM Heath
