Everybody Fitness for Women - Huber Heights, Dayton OH

A warning to out anyone out there considering a membership: do not sign a contract with them! I have had a super difficult time with this company. At one point, they were withdrawing twice a month for my membership and when confronted they fixed the error causing it but "couldn't" refund me for the extra charges so they credited me. Then, I had surgery (non weight bearing for 3 months) and called to freeze my membership for medical purposes. The guy was very nice and the process seemed simple enough-until I called the other day to check about it and was told he no longer worked there and, although the phone call we had discussing the freeze was noted on my account, they couldn't verify it happened because there was no email record of it. So they are refusing to give me those months back, without consideration at all. I heard warnings about this before becoming a member and now I understand. Don't let this happen to you, trust the warnings.

Very worn down, but the steam room is the hottest I've ever been in. Great place to exercise without men looking at your every move. Very non-intimidating workout environment

Please go to another gym. They have taken money out of account without my authorization and overdrafted my acount. There managers are rude and don't care about there members. There Go somewhere else this is jus a money hungery gym. An Pam the manger at this gym is rude has no idea what customer service is doubt she can even spell it.

Been going here over three years, great members to work out with, and a great staff that's always there to help out.

Went in for my free trail and they treated me like ALIEN. The had me sign my name, looked at my lience and said ok. No tour of the place or anything. I was walking around confused because all of the equipment was compacted together. No pictures to show to show you what to do or anything. I left. No way. They didnt even ask if i need help.

Lots of equipment aerobics, water aerobic sauna steam room hot tub small pool daycare very friendly and helpful staff a great time

Girls employee look you up and down and they say you can bring free visitor but all way flip the scrip when u actually bring one phony also stuck in a 3yr contract that' was supposedly 2
