I went here about 9-10 yrs ago and it was way better & cheaper. Def a waste of money & poor first haunted house experience for my kids. Prices are high and they charge too many fees online. Waiting just to park took about 30minutes, then we had about an hour wait in the haunted mansion line because they were only letting 2 people in at a time. We were so cold and muddy/ wet from the few we had already been to we just ended up getting out of line and going to another and it took 5 seconds to get through.we ended up just leaving after that. None of them were scary at all, the actors walking around look like a toddler did their makeup, not all but most. Just very disappointed

I was completely disappointed.there were barely any "scares", they relied completely on anametronics and it ruined the whole experience. I paid extra for fast pass but still had to wait in long lines.also paid extra for the escape rooms which turned out to be an inflatable house and it was closed anyway.will never go there again!

Me personally I would never spend that kind of money on 7 floors of hell. There was literally like 2 actors in all the houses. The houses were filled with mud. I paid $180 total for an escape room included and couldn’t even get in bc there was no worker available. Houses were very short. Also the food was terrible quality. I asked for a box of cheese pizza and it was completely burnt. I DO NOT suggest you come here.

Its gotten really bad, they have almost no staff the scarers are just a bunch of teenager that will yell "hi" or "get out" but no good acting just jump scares. Way over priced, a long time ago this place was pretty good, now its garbage. The one teenager who was playing a patient in a wheel chair in the "Asylum" was on her phone for a good 20 seconds before she noticed me, I didn't know if it was the exit but no it wasnt, she was supposed to be scaring and she was sitting on her phone, pathetic.

Complete waste of money, not only was it a mud pit, it was unsafe and they just kept going like nothing was wrong. Huge fight took place in the middle of everyone, involving the manager and a customer. The customer had a candle thrown at him by an actor. The manager then refused to help the man and started screaming at him, the man never raised his voice one. Just A SCAM

My friend and I went on a rainy night, and they ended up closing down the haunted houses early and we were told we could receive a refund from the manager in charge, she took down our email and said the refund would be sent through there and we never received one. Then we called and she said “we don’t do that”! Do not recommend!

Growing up I always heard that 7 floors of hell was one of the scariest haunted houses near Cleveland. That turned out to be a lie. Waste of money honestly, the haunted houses probably wouldn’t even scare my nine year old sister. Unfortunately this was the worst haunted house I’ve been to so far.

My boyfriend and I went to 7 Floors of Hell tonight. (10/21/2023) and we had a very disappointing experience. The “Haunted Mansion” house had a prop fall over completely blocking the way and path to get through with the mud being so wet and slippery this made for a very dangerous and unsafe condition. I told a worker and they completely blew me off and did not care at all. Also, while we were waiting in line a customer was complaining to a manger about a candle being thrown at him by an actor and she started completely cussing him out in front of children and everyone. 0/10 would never recommend this place to anyone and I honestly want a refund. Horrible experience.

The worst haunted house I’ve ever been too and the other 4 people in my group agreed. There were hardly any scare actors in the houses, it was mostly just walking through some spirit Halloween props in the mud. With a scare actor occasionally saying hi, wanna play a game or hurry. Complete waste of money and more importantly time.

We only attended 5 of 7 haunted houses, and 2/5 were ok, others were not worth it. Circus one had a handful of people in it, and they were just sitting on a platform. You had a better chance to be scared standing in line. Dont bother to spend the money in my opinion.

My friend and I went tonight (10/27/23) and not gonna lie I was slightly disappointed. We got the 3 haunt pass and we went through Haunted Mansion, Asylum, and Wormhole. I understand being short staffed and not having enough actors but there was 1-3 in each house max. Staff was very friendly especially the 2 at the merchandise stand but overall as a haunted house as a whole was not very good and not worth the money) :

Bought the all access pass and they still charged for parking. Escape room was closed. Each haunt is less than 5 minutes. Took us an hour to do everything for a ticket that costed $80. After we left we went to Nightmare Cleveland which was actually terrifying and much cheaper.

Hello all reading this. I’m big on leaving my feed back for great experiences but I always share my unfortunate experiences as well. This was by far the worst haunted house I’ve ever been to in my life! Yes LIFE! I remember being a kid growing up in Cincinnati, OH hearing about “7floors of Hell” I remember thinking it’s this building with 7 floors and there are 7 levels to get through if you can make it. I remember thinking omg “hell” so there is fire at the bottom level trying to burn you as you race up the floors! Of course I was a child then and now know that’s not even possible lol. But I’m an adult with a car who can drive hours away to experience this place I’ve always heard about. Of course we heard this is a popular attraction so we bought our 7 attraction experience w fast pass so we could make it through all 7 in one night. We arrived around 9pm not too late but not too early. These lines were PACKED! So of course I’m extremely excited for what lay ahead but to my extreme disappointment it was a waste of a drive and $315 for me and my friends. Every haunted house was flooded and at 4/6 houses we only seen one or two actors! In one house a girl sit eating claiming to be on break for the reason she didn’t try to scare us, another a actor got hit and everyone working left the house but at that point why not close it till it was ready for paying guests!? The best part of the night was trying to dodge huge puddles of water in the dark from the rain. By the end of the night after paying for pizza the size of your palm in a pizza box the size of a med pizza “like why would you have a box that big just for the disappointment of a lunch-able style pizza” nachos with cold cheese we had had enough and decided to start our long drive home. It hurt my soul because if you know me I probably visit 10-20 attractions a year because I LOVE being scared! I usually say “not good this year we can try next year” I couldn’t even fix my mind to think of that. This will probably be the only time I ever visit this place and I still haven’t told all my many followers about my experience yet because I’m embarrassed! I hyped this place so much because I try to give people places to visit worth the money and experience but I just can’t and won’t do that with 7floors. I hope someone gets this place back in shape because the reviews from 2 weeks ago are what made me want to come. It was sad seeing all the people waiting in the general admission line who had not yet been in the empty houses we just got out of. A couple of my friends told people in line what was waiting inside and you could just see the disappointment on their faces as they got out of line. We even decided to try the last house before we left just to try and have a good experience from ONE! When we arrived at our last house we even told the workers what happened and he “promised on his job” the house we were going in would change all that! So again we got some hope and entered. It was “okay” there were a couple times actors jumped out and caught us off guard but it still was just not “it” when it comes to the whole concept of haunted houses. We could see the actors running to their hiding spots up ahead so we knew they were coming! I’m spreading the disappointment for 5 people so excuse the lengthy review but I’m still just at a loss of words for how unpleasant this night was! I hope someone sees this who actually understands my feelings and can help make it a better experience for people to come in the future.

Save your money and time. This was a total rip-off. My 11-year old even commented just how bad it was after we decided to leave after only 5 of 7 the "houses" which were really only covered tents with mazes. Not sure what these other 5-star reviewers are talking about - there was ZERO scare factor here.
