I have been in Ohio visiting, and discovered that I had a grinding noise in the front end of my truck. James was able to get my truck in within a moments notice and had it back to me within a few hours in order for me to head back to Texas the next morning.
To say the service provided was phenomenal, would not be doing them justice. They more than exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use their services in the future, and refer them to anyone I know. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for going above and beyond

I was Rescued by driver Jeremy C from a busy highway on my journey home (many more miles yet to go). Not only did Jeremy provide a service solution he also brought me to a hotel and they will do the repairs in the morning. His kindness is greatly appreciated and I feel confident in the service I will receive. They are AAA affiliates.

James and Justin at Excite Auto Repair delivered the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've at at a repair shop. I have brought in my Acura twice to them now and did and excellent job. Not only was the diagnostic and repair done right the first time James went out of his way to ensure I had a time that worked with my schedule and didn't break my bank. I can't say enough good things about this shop and can't wait to bring it back for regular maintenance.

We have had a number of cars repaired by Excite. They always shoot straight and work hard to do a great job and keep repairs reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Lobby is kept clean. The employees are fairly passionate about the work, but the business model isn't very friendly for the employees and pricing isn't the best if you're on a budget.

Great service at a fair price. Folks who actually know what they are doing. You will never be charged for work that is not necessary.
Update: The whole place has been remodeled. A very professional look. As well as professional technicians.

I can't begin to tell you how great these guys are from the time I made my first phone call with a broken down car they came they picked up my vehicle and I'm sure they're going to fix it to the best of their abilities I ended up having to be rushed to the hospital for a stroke and I missed their tow truck and they were not mad at all they understood the situation and they send a guy back out to pick up my vehicle again once I made it home do yourself a favor call these guys they're amazing they'll work with you and they really care for their customers I highly highly recommend them thanks guys for the great job I can't wait to get my car back

They only fix half of the issues. If you are a black female, run. They will take your money and the vehicle not be fixed or worse than when you brought it. I should of know when I heard a woman going off in the background it would be issues, but gave them benefit of the doubt and they screwed me too

I’m throughly Impressed by the work Excite did. They dealt with my insurance company and made sure to get oem parts, and do the repair right. They kept in touch as the repairs were being done, and went out of their way to make the process as painless as possible. These folks know what they are doing and do the job right the first time.

I woke up early in the morning to hydraulic noises, They took my neighbors car around 2am couple days ago two young fellas I was able to get the company name off one of the tow trucks I told my neighbor next time to schedule a tow during the day. I am a veteran and I have insomnia

These guys are great! Arrived on the scene in less than expected time. Extremely helpful and comforting.

They are scam. They will tow ur car and ask 220. They damaged my car when they were towing it and won’t take responsibility to fix it.

My starter went out on my car and my insurance company sent Excite Auto Repair & Towing to help me out. I was blessed to meet Smitty that day. He got my car hooked up fast, took my car where I needed, and provided great conversation along the way. I know that’s not usually what people are looking for when they’re having car issues but I was grateful for him being personable and helping me out in my time of need. John, please keep Smitty around! He’s definitely an asset to your business.
