ExperiGreen Lawn Care, West Chester Township OH

I just switched from TruGreen to ExperiGreen last week and was surprised to them arrive so quickly. I was home when the tech arrived to apply my first treatment. I watched him through the window without him knowing. He did an amazing job. He was careful around my raised bed vegetable gardens and was very thorough with the rest of my lawn.
I look forward to a great summer with ExperiGreen.

The sign up process was fantastic. Eric did a great job gathering my concerns to identify the gaps created by the previous company and set me up with the optimal program. I look forward to a better lawn this year.

I just contracted with EXPERIGREEN for lawn care for 2023. The sales agent was very professional and explained the program well. Yet to be seen - the results for my lawn this year. More later.

We have used ExpriGreen at two different residences and both cases that got the lawns looking good the first year. Matt resigned me for this year and did a great job explaining their services an available options. I took advantage of their "Special Offer " i received in the mail.

Looking forward to this company doing my yard this year 2023. I choose weed control and fertilizer application. Eric was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Austin was great to work with. He helped me set up a plan of action for my lawn and was very thorough in explaining everything. Highly recommend!

We were somewhat concerned when our local lawn care company merged with Experigreen but our lawn looks great and we really appreciate representative Matt Phipps who went out of his way to make sure we were confident in our choice to stay. I was at home all day I see the sign that your company came out. I did not see anyone in my yard treating it. I saw them in my neighbors yard.

The last time they said they came my weeds never died in fact the kept growing.

I was told they would put something in my yard to help the grass grow I have determined that was a lie. But they don’t have to worry about me. I will not continue with this service.

Besides Ken called me because he didn’t like the rating I gave him. I should have followed my first mind and canceled at that time.

Canceled with them ***They are horrible so this doesn't happen to no one else. They had our credit card on file. Did not tell us they would come back out in the fall after seeding in the spring. They told me to call if I wanted them to seed in the fall. They came back without notification seeded and over drew my bank account would not refund me. I called they were very rude basically told me to bad I should have canceled I recommend not using them.

After reading the reviews I figured I would give this company a try. Speaking with their sales team should have been my first red flag when I was given a quote and after sending in follow up emails with questions, I NEVER HEARD BACK!
The employees answering the phones are not qualified to assist customers, they are rude, and do everything they can to circumvent your request to speak with a manager. I called today and spoke to some women who told me she would have her team look into why I was charged more than what my contract total was, and I never heard back. This is the 3rd time I called to speak to a manager and never heard from ANYONE, except when the sales team is calling to upsell me. AGAIN
The sales team sells you on packages they do not honor simply to earn your business to which you later find out when you are asked by the tech who comes out if you want additional services, you thought were already included when you signed up! A lot of bait and switching going on!
When you ask to speak to a manager about the fact that you were sold on services and now are being told they are not included, you do not hear back from anyone. This is of course assuming the person who is answering the phones even relays the messages. BUT you will absolutely hear from the area sales manager when he calls to sell you on more services,
When you sign up, they attempt to get you to pay in full by swinging additional discounts at you. If you choose not to pay in full you are told you will be billed per visit, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. They bill you monthly but will show up every 2-3 months, to do their work and leave the bill and suggestions for additional services on your door. Services you thought you signed up for already.

Take it from me, just because they "beat" their competitor's price on the phone DOES NOT mean you are getting a better deal.

Claude Reviere from ExperiGreen Lawn Care service came by today for the 6th application of weed control and fertilizer. As with every previous visit, Claude has been professional, courteous, personable and willing to address my many questions about lawn care maintenance. His answers are detailed and in-depth. I trust that he’s given me solid and educated advise on my continued lawn care needs leading up to the fall season in preparation of winter and a successful spring 2023. I highly recommend Claude as your lawn care professional!

Our lawn was a field before we called Experigreen Lawn Care. We have 5 acres and 3 are mowable. We use several of their services and our lawn looks and feels like thick lush carpet! We receive compliments from neighbors and friends about the healthy lawn we have. Shawn Nolte is our lawn expert and one of America's finest, USMC! ️

This people are not at all professional. They will tell you that you do not owe any money when you call them but they will send you statements. They will not tell you that you are enrolled in plan and they will just take money from bank. They told us that they will treat our grass and it was one time service but they came to our house several time and send us statement. Do not do business with them.

They performed the treatment without me authorizing or requesting service. I never asked for aeration so how can I be charged

Had some struggles this year and when I contacted the company, Matt reached out to assist and make things right. Hopefully we will have a better year next year.
