Prompt, professional and friendly service. A nice clean comfortable ride home from work. I will definitely use Express Cab again.

I called at 12: 12 pm yesterday and asked for a cab to be at my house by 2: 00 pm and he said “no problem we will be there by 1: 45” and he asked for my address etc.later on it’s 2 pm and I’m calling (no answer with my luck) put the final call before I was just about to leave at 2: 12 pm says he’s five minutes away and I said okay 2: 25 rolls around i call again “oh he’s five minutes away” and I said no he’s not you said this at 2: 00 it’s been two hours you could’ve had this figured out. Meaningless to say this cab service is a complete lie and do not trust. If you notice most of the reviews are from Primarily middle eastern people. Take it how you take it. Will never call again for services. Big waste of time. Had to call off due to this issue.

Horrible service called for a van taxi and waited 40 minutes I called them back and they said they dont have any Van's available and they didnt even have the decency to call and let me know

These guys are both kind and pros. I used them every week for the last 8 months while I was consulting in CO, and they never missed an appointment. Drivers like Xidig are good reason why I am happy to boycott Uber.

On time even though I had a phone issue on my end. Very friendly and I will absolutely call on them again if time is critical.

I requested a ride a week before my scheduled event via the website, and sent two follow up emails and didn't hear back from anyone. I would suggest calling in.

Terrible. I called for a ride. They told me ten minutes or less. I called them back in 20 minutes and asked what eta was. The guy told me let me see who I have in the area. He hung up and would not answer phone after

I scheduled an early morning airport ride and they did not show up or call in advance. I got an Uber and they were there in 1 minute.
EDIT: It seems that the owner has responded, but I am positive that no one was there to pick me up. I provided my phone number and I received no notification of arrival. This company is unreliable and provides no means of guaranteeing their service.

One cab company didn’t show. I called this company. They disconnected my call. I then receive a call back in 5 minutes and a guy says “my friend gave me your number, so you need a cab”. WTH! No way!
